Description
HIGH VELOCITY
Flying a Falcon Corporate Jet into dangerous conflict zones for a business mogul supplying weapons to arms dealers, First Officer Kate Harrison launches into a world where nothing is what it seems, and the one man she doesn’t trust might be the only one who can save her when the world spins out of control. And the weapon in his possession might very well be the most incendiary weapon of all. Once ignited, passion isn’t something she can escape….
FULL COMMITTMENT
Still tormented by a past he can’t change, Greg Bentley has been living the life of another man for so long that he’s almost forgotten who he was before. With a score to settle and a secret to keep, he’d sooner sell his soul to the devil than blow his cover. Working undercover for a newly-formed branch of the National Security Administration and Homeland Security, his identity and mission cannot be compromised, but keeping that secret might be a death sentence for the woman he would risk everything to save.
Locked in a desperate race against time to stop the sale of Tomahawk missiles fitted with nuclear warheads to insurgents in Afghanistan, Kate and Greg must learn to trust each other in a world where nothing is what it seems and love is the most dangerous illusion of all.

The start of the story spikes the adrenaline, makes your heart beat, and set off with a high speed into the story of espionage, terrorists, political games, and power struggles.
At times it was hard to tell, who were the good guys, where they truly good guys, and what were their motives and interest. So many lies, layers of lies, and deception. As Kate and Greg's passion and affection grow and intensify, what are his true motives? Why is he really after her with such vigor? With every turn and twist in the story, more questions arise, that keeps you turning pages, trying to find out, what really is the truth, where are the loyalties, and what are the rue motives of each action.
The pull between Greg and Kate is tangible, but is it really love and passion, or is it just a manipulation for the goal? The author lays such a web in the story, it pulls you in, and keeps the hold, until all comes to light. And even in the end, you are left with questions of the true motives.
The book has lots of military, political, and cultural details, scenery that is built well, and is enticing. Sometimes too many details, that are not directly part of the plot, can be tedious, and the reader looses the train of thought, if not interest. Interesting story, that kept me guessing, even after the end
