This is a lovely little book full of collages and affirmations for women.

I wanted to cut out at most of the pages in this book, frame them, and place them all over my house to remind me that I ultimately choose how to act and feel about the circumstances in my life. The messages were very inspiring and uplifting.
I loved the artwork that went with every message. This would make a thoughtful present for all the girls in your life--no matter how old they are.

This is a nice and positive book. The illustrations were very beautiful. If it weren't for a few religious references (there's a plan for you, life is a gift, pray etc),I would give the book as a graduation gift to my female students. I like the overall message though despite the churchiness. We all need to think happier thoughts!

What a lovely way to enjoy some moments in the sunshine of words of comfort and cheer. I would have loved to read this book over and over when my daughters were younger. The illustrations are sweet. The contents uplifting. I feel this is an appropriate read for anyone from 8-92 (might be a bit old for the younger set). I know I read the last page with a smile on my face and a thought to do better (and be kinder). I especially loved the section on 'Be okay with not knowing'. Favorite line - "We may not be sure what's ahead, but we can be sure we will be okay."

This book is first very beautiful! Each page is unique and created with love and care. As for the Book, when I started reading it I was reading it with my teen daughter and the young ladies I often talk to or counsel with, but the more I read it the more it felt like it was talking to me and all of my past!
So I think this could be a help and encouragement for a very wide age range of teens to ladies. 4 Stars
