My son loved this one! He liked learning about the truck going all the way across the country. He especially loved the illustrations!

What a cute book! I chose this book because my son loves anything trucks! I do agree with the age suggestion (5-9) due to the length.

Written from the truck's point of view, this book details what a cross-country trip entails. This book delivers information about trucking with gorgeous illustrations that I know would keep my son interested. The bright colors and imagery from the words make this a must-read for kiddos who love big trucks!

A bonus for me is that the author, illustrator, and Driver are all women! We love to see inclusivity!!

I downloaded this book because my dream job is to be a cross-country truck driver with my dog as my co-pilot. This book was super cute and I loved all the facts at the end. Seeing it was a female author and illustrator made it even better! I would definitely purchase this for my nephew!

This was a cute little book that I read with my 9-year-old. He enjoyed the story and liked that it was written from the perspective of the truck. Cute story. Would recommend.

This book was soo good. It was a fun story from the eyes of a big rig, and it had so many cool facts. It teaches kids about weather, different car things, and even gravity. The illustrations were also super neat! We will be buying this book when it comes out!

This is a incredibly engaging book - it details not just a playful story, but initiates opportunities for playing games. Toddlers will love the adventure this truck makes. The different sounds of the truck/dog etc will be a delight for littles who can participate in the story. Each picture on the page is clear and colorful. This allows the parent to discuss different topics (ie landscapes, climates) with their child. The last pages provide additional information (ie facts, truck anatomy) for learners. A very unique feature is the opportunity to learn "trucker talk," which is fabulous for little truck enthusiasts who want to sound like their trucker heroes. Families will get a lot out of play and enjoyment from this book and I would absolutely buy this for my family.

At first blush I assued this would be a cute book for die-hard preschool fans of trucks. Instead it was a refreshingly diverse book with blocky primary colors that lend to the charm of it's intended young audience. There are informative pages that tell all of the ways a truck works to deliver goods and how they connect to the tractor-trailer. Where do truckers sleep? Can they travel with a pet? All of the information is included without turning into a dry non-fiction text. At the end, there is a deeper delve into the parts of a truck and the details of truck life for anyone who is interested. I highly recommend the entire "I' series by this author for schools and libraries.

This is a great book for a kid who loves trucks. This book shows what a truck does. This shows why the truck does what it does and some dangers that the truck experiences. In the back it shows the different parts of a truck. This is really informative. Thanks Netgalley for giving me the chance to read this in exchange for an honest review.

This story was a delight! The art style is gorgeous and each spread included enough details to keep my 4 year old engaged. As a massive truck lover he had a blast with this book. The anti-lock brakes mention was a particular hit and prompted a conversation about brakes and how they work. this one was a hit!

This is a great book! Informative and will keep the child engage, for someone who is taking care of a 6 year old kid, he likes trucks so much and now with this book he will have a new look for the truck and the truck driver!

I Truck is a children's book about a truck driver and semi-trucks and the role they both play in the world. The story is simple and easy to follow. The illustrations are colorful and look like they were constructed out of paper clippings. I liked that it included additional information, including the parts of a semi-truck, for those kiddos who are interested.

this is a simple book for children that teaches about 18 wheelers and the journey they go on along with facts about trucks and trucker slang at the end this is a book i would diffidently read to my son

This book was cute and perfect for kids who love vehicles! The story is easy to follow for kids, yet engaging. The book takes the point of view of a truck during his journey cross country and the steps it has to take along the way. I enjoyed the text rhythm which makes the delivery easy for storytime. I also appreciated the illustrations which are very colorful. There is a double page at the end of the book to go more into depth with anything truck related. It comes with a "trucker talk" which I imagine will be very popular with the kids! The book also has an "I spy" game to keep kids entertain after reading! I think this book is great for kids from 3 to 6 years old!
