This delightful anthology based on Lady Holly's ball succeeded on every level. Each story was unique, but the thread that held each story together was strong. Characters were likeable and tender lessons abounded. This is destined to be a new Christmas classic.

All of the stories in this anthology are very good. This is a traditional regency, which I know some readers will really enjoy, but I like my books a little steamier and passionate. I was very impressed that the authors were able to write a story about a Christmas ball and all of the stories managed to go together.
Very romantic and sweet stories.

Christmas historical romance books are my FAVORITE. I really enjoyed how this one was written. Each author taking a character and developing their personal story and romance, but they all are loosely related. Each authors contribution helps to wrap the whole book up very nicely. I highly recommend this book if you are like me and absolutely adore Christmas romance stories. I'm not really a big fan of novella type stories but these were well rounded full stories that didn't leave you wanting but happy for the characters and their new found love!

I was thrilled when I discovered that this was an anthology of entirely new Regency Christmas stories (as so many Christmas collections feature at least one reprint.) I liked that the stories were interconnected and flowed together fairly seamlessly, particularly the ones dealing with Lady Holly's three adult grandchildren. My favorite story of the collection was Anne Gracie's "Mistletoe and Kisses," but I honestly enjoyed pretty much every story in the collection. I'm looking forward to recommending this to the holiday romance readers that I know.

I loved this book! Loved, Loved, Loved it!

Each novella was great and a complete story in itself, yet each story flowed beautifully into the next.

I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite out of the five, if I had to, I would pick My True Love Hath My Heart by Joanna Bourne.

If I had to pick my least favorite story, I would probably choose Miss Finch and the Angel by Jo Beverley - it was good, but seemed more rushed than the other novellas. But even being my least favorite - it is still a 4.5 star read.

I highly recommend this anthology - It is really one of the best I have ever read.

This book is a combination of several different (new) short stories created b some of the best authors. It was very hard to pick a favorite story as they were all so good! I did like the one with the Barron had come back from war only to be hurt by highwaymen. He made it to his old homestead and found it empty besides some "mice" in the walls. But his childhood friend still trying to take care of him when he is sick. She has always cared for him and he was about to find out his home was going to be turned into an orphanage. This is just one of several Christmas stories and all headed to the Last Christmas Ball. A really good and quick read! Loved it!
