Another fast-paced read. Having read all the books in the series (more than once), I always look forward to and welcome the next one both for the story and to see what the others in Eve’s ever-expanding circle have been up to. Fury in Death was no exception. The story moved and presented the reader with plot twists that kept the pages turning.

Fantastic addition to the ‘In Death’ series. Loved the fast-paced detective thriller storyline with its likable and relatable characters. The compelling mix of drama, heartfelt romance along with unexpected plot twists kept me quickly turning the pages. Well written and a very entertaining story. Highly recommend!

Just when you think you've seen every horrid thing that can happen in this world, the scary imagination of the author comes up with something new and fresh. In this book, we start off with a horrible enough prologue and shoot right to a dead body that has been pulverized. Pulverized not by falling 50 or so floors out of a window, but by being beaten with fists. Then another death by pulverization, and something connects both of these dead men. The company they worked for. A company that claims to be working for the betterment of the world, but guess what? Eve eventually finds out that that is just not true. Oh man, you are going to love to hate these protagonists, and they sure do deserve your hate.

This was a fairly slow build to a very exciting ending.
I loved it-a perfect addition to this series.

5/5 stars! I absolutely loved Furey in Death and could not put it down. I finished reading this book in one day. I was very excited to receive an advanced copy of this book. Fury in Death is book #63 in the In Death series. I have read the majority of the In Death series and have loved every book I’ve read in the series so far and Fury in Death did not disappoint. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series, Perfect in Death. Fury in death is releasing September 8, 2026. Thank you to J.D. Wow! IMHO, Fury in Death is now one of the best book in this series! It brought all the feels and emotional angst. Since the prologue, I sympathized with the killer and my heart broke for him. Sorry, not sorry but all the so called victims deserved what they got. This was a sad story but I commend Eve for sticking to her beliefs and trust in the law system. There were many more emotional scenes in this than in most of the other In Death books, so get the tissues ready.
To balance out the heavy stuff, it was fun to visit with all the other fun side characters like Mavis and her family, and we meet more of Peabody’s interesting family. And the surprise at the end was definitely the cherry on top.

I absolutely love the In Death series, and this latest installment is by far my recent favorite. The storyline was heartbreaking, the mystery compelling, and I cried several times while reading. I also loved the social aspect of this book, how we get to see more of the family Eve and Roarke have created. Five stars.

I haven’t read one of the In Death books in years, and I was able to pick right up with most of the main characters. Really enjoyed the plot and Eve’s struggles with someone who isn’t a cut and dried “bad guy”. I might have to go back in the series and read a few more now! Thanks!

Another great, fast read—loved the twists, determination of the well-built characters. A definite must-read!

This was my very first in the series, but it definitely won’t be my last! Robb has such a way with crafting mysteries that are hard to put down. I can’t wait to explore the other 60+ books!
