Absolutely loved this.
The atmospheric gothic vibes, a vampire with a haunted past, and a girl abducted.
I enjoyed the layers of intrigue. There is more going on in the small town than meets the eye. The characters have a lot of depth.
I had the pleasure of seeing Lily at Penguin Fantasy Fest in Adelaide a few weeks ago, and enjoyed hearing her talk about writing this book.
