A quick, accessible primer on persuasion and influence techniques. As an executive, this felt junior - covering basics rather than advanced strategies.
That said, it's useful for brushing up on best practices and serves as a good reminder of fundamentals we sometimes forget in day-to-day work. The "first 4 seconds" insight about impression formation is a valuable touchstone.
Works well for early-career professionals or those new to leadership roles. For experienced executives, it's more of a refresher than new learning.
