I can honestly say I wasn't sure what to expect going into this but I was pleasantly surprised. I am slightly bummed that this looks to be upon investigation once I was done a several book series, I am getting kind of exhausted with long drawn out story lines but this one seems to have all the elements to make the many book journey and stay solid. There is romance, angst, Angels and Demons, some smoking hot sex, tender sweet and then heart wrenching moments. Tristan, oh sweet sweet hot Tristan, if you didn't feel some love for that man you need to have your temp checked. There were many times I had to remind myself that Alexis was very young, she was also dealing with ALOT of crazy revelations one after the other after the other. I'll surely be picking up the rest of this series soon because I need to know about Alexis and Tristan. This was a complimentary e-copy provided by the author/publisher in exchange for a honest review via Netgalley.
