Description
From three-time Emmy Award–winning TV personality and New York Times bestselling author Keltie Knight comes The F*ck Them Theory—a self-help book for anyone who’s done being the bigger person.
Everyone’s favorite TV and podcast host is back … with a vengeance.
After realizing that every win in her life came right after being underestimated, rejected, or told she wasn’t enough, Keltie Knight decided to build a theory around it: The F*ck Them Theory.
Part memoir, part manifesto, The F*ck Them Theory is your permission slip to stop apologizing and start transforming rejection into power. It’s not about bitterness, it’s about alchemy. It’s about turning humiliation into humor, heartbreak into healing, and rage into reinvention.
Keltie goes where most “empowerment” books don’t dare. She shares raw, unfiltered stories from behind the curtain—the breakdowns, the pills, the plastic surgery, the feud the tabloids never caught, and the family secrets she’s never shared … until now.
The F*ck Them Theory is for anyone who’s been underestimated or is tired of being “grateful for the opportunity” when they deserved so much more. If you’ve ever wanted a best friend who tells the truth, drops the act, and still shows up in sequins, then welcome home.
Advance Praise

I have been a fan of Keltie's since her stint on The Bachelor and a Ladygang listener since it had a different name. I was so excited to read this book and it did not disappoint. Keltie weaves stories of her personal life with hard truths and reflection into the reader's own life. It is such a refreshing book in a world where everyone wants to paint it perfect. Keltie is raw, real, and reflective in this book. Not only did I enjoy reading her stories, but I took away so much from the lessons she learned that I can apply to my own life. I highlighted almost everything in the last 3 chapters because it hit so close to home. If you're looking for someone to tell it to you straight with a side of sass and a reflective lens on your own life, read this book.
Thank you to NetGalley, Blackstone Publishing, and Keltie Knight for the ARC of The F*ck Them Theory.
Keltie Knight is a beautiful soul, who despite her personal struggles, continues to be a sweet and welcoming person. If there were ever a person you could take advice on perseverance from it is definitely Keltie. In that vein, it is very unsurprising that this book really flourishes in the anecdotal stories that Keltie offers throughout the pages. While I do think that this book reads as more of an essay than a typical memoir, I often found myself nodding along to a lot of what Keltie was saying, especially in how she speaks about societal expectations and how they skew the way women (and men tbh) see their bodies. Especially when she says "Youth makes everyone glow--I look back at pictures during that time and I am blown away by how fresh, sweet, and just honestly kinda lovely I was. I didn't feel that way at the time."
I don't know a single person I grew up with in the 90s and early 2000s who didn't have an eating disorder at one point, myself included, so reading Keltie's thoughts really helped to put a lot of my thoughts and feelings into perspective. We are all struggling to love ourselves while simultaneously trying to change what people say they hate the most about us. Body positivity has seemingly left the chat, but Keltie takes the time to remind us that we are allowed to love our bodies, as long as we are happy. I think everyone needs to hear that more.
I think that some people will be turned off by the idea of reading a self-help book, but the self-help portions are actually just short pieces of "homework" that asks you to actively process the topics of the previous chapters. It's very seamlessly integrated into the memoir in a way in which you don't have to participate if it doesn't feel relevant to you, but they are very relaxing if you relate and need help processing. They're basically the equivalent of the end of a yoga session, when you lie on your back and just breathe in silence for a while.
The F*ck Them Theory is honest, raw and inspiring. Keltie's charm is in how genuine she is. Her writing isn't refined to sound like an academic, and that casual camaraderie is what makes the book so damn good. It's casual, heartfelt, and just a little cheesy. It's perfect for people who need a friend to tell you the truth, people who need a little validation, and for people looking for a little bit of self-love.

As someone who does not typically read self help books but will devour a memoir of someone in Hollywood this book made me realize that maybe I do need the right type of self help books in my life.
I’m familiar with Keltie Knight from her appearances on Jeff Lewis Live and vaguely remember her from her short lived Ladygang television show. I’m familiar with her position in the cultural zeitgeist, and her background appearances on RHOBH, but didn’t know-know her. When she posted about looking for social media accounts interested in an advanced copy of her book, I signed up. A free book, why not?
I did not expect to fully fall into this book. It’s partly a memoir, which I loved hearing her rise to fame and the journey to get there, but she also shares the importance of pushing boundaries to get that success.
To know me is to know I don’t do workbooks, but at the end of each chapter I found myself contemplating how I would respond to her questions. My eyes were opened and my boundaries were pushed.
Thank you to Keltie Knight and Blackstone Publishing for an advanced copy of this book.

Part memoir, part manifesto, The F*ck Them Theory is hilarious, profound, brutally honest and brilliant all at once.
Trust Keltie to lead you to the bonfire; chuck in those previous self-help books, your self-doubts, rejections, and everything else that never served you.
Watch it burn while listening to her stories.
She’ll feel like the best friend you didn’t know you needed by the end of the book.
