This book is a fabulous collection of 9 short stories. Each is beautiful and compelling, featuring a strong and courageous woman put to the test. I LOVE that each one has a happy ending. Perfect for when you don't have a lot of time to read all at once, you'll be picking this book up time and time again for a glimpse at perseverance and romance.

9 stories about brave young women fighting for their dreams, values - and about how they are finding love in the process.

There is something for everybody in the collection. I think this is a fine book to read under the Christmas tree or during the lazy summery day, when you are resting and want some nice story to drift you away.
While some of the stories are a bit simple for my taste, I can' t deny them a certain sweetness.

My favourite are these:
Birth of a Dream by Pamela Griffin - because I love how Christiana is herself without being rude, and because I love men like Noah who love truth more than their pride.

Home Fires Burning by JoAnn A. Grote - because this is the sweetest love story in the collection for me. And because the story manages to be that way even if it is actually full of pain, but the pain can get a real meaning here.

Bayside Bride by Kristin Billerbeck - because I love everything by Kristin Billerbeck :)
