Written by Eugene Sims, a Physiotherapist, How I Achieved Freedom from Arthritis is a guide for those enduring or caring for loved one(s) enduring Arthritis.

Eugene suffered from Arthritis and without any relief any pain, pursued a solution for his problem, a reason he trained to be Physiotherapist - to heal himself and help those enduring similar fate.

His book explores the different options for pain management, different treatment protocols and leading a life that is free from pain, or less crippling. This is a wholesome approach to the problem, and he is open-minded and discusses different methods and options, including surgery and what option is ideal / suitable and when.

He also lists a lot of practical examples / case studies, making it easier to compare and understand. If you are looking for a guide on dealing with Arthritis, look no further. It is straightforward, has no-frills or fluff and is informative!
