This book was a Godsend for me in my current situation. It was written as though I was talking to a friend, and the author really "got it" -- I was moved to tears a few times, realizing that I wasn't alone in my thoughts and emotions. I highly recommend this book for anyone recently separated or newly divorced, the guidance within is priceless.
