You built the career, the business, the life others envy, so why does an emptiness keep surfacing when the room goes quiet?

Jaineel Mistry knows the feeling first-hand. He trained as a pharmacist, started a PhD, then landed the strategy consulting job he thought would be the finish line, only to find himself crying over a life that looked perfect on paper. Lead From Within grew out of the gap between the CV and the person living it.

Across nine shifts organised into three parts, Discover Yourself, Master Yourself and Lead Yourself, Mistry combines deeply personal stories, lessons from his coaching work and practical tools for changing the way you live and lead. You'll meet Joanne, who was told after a stroke that she wouldn't be able to work again and was jogging within a year; Anand, a physician who used alcohol to "cover the mirror" before going on to found a longevity clinic; and Kunal, a Dragons' Den-winning entrepreneur who realised he had turned success into a form of escapism.

Each shift pairs real-world experience with practical tools, including the Energy Diary, the 5-Second Conscious Pause and the Five State Thieves, drawing on psychology, neuroscience, leadership and Eastern philosophy alongside Mistry's own lived experience.

This is not a productivity book. It's a journey inward to unlock your true self and lead from within. It's for the person who has already achieved by every external measure and still finds themselves asking, quietly: Is this it?

For anyone ready to stop performing for success and start building their life from the inside. Whether you're leading a business, a team, a family or simply yourself, Lead From Within is an invitation to become a more conscious and authentic leader.

Written by a guide who has walked this path with over 500 professionals and leaders, and continues to walk it himself.
