My Review:
Catalina has always held herself responsible for what happened to her cousin, Melissa, when they were younger. For what she did, she doesn't allow herself to be happy. She denies herself relationships that could make her happy. And she knows that David could make her very happy.

David is fascinated by Catalina and her turmoil. He wants to take control and fix it. He wants to make her happy. He wants her. He will have her. He just has to make her see it that way.

In the meantime, Melissa is facing the fact that she is back in the hands of the monster from her youth, and it appears that there is no escape but death this time. But death's release may be a long ways off.

The author does a wonderful job of portraying her characters in such a way that you really feel what they are feeling. You feel Catalina's anger and Melissa's despair. You feel Alexander's devastation when he discovers that Melissa is gone. A.M. Helen definitely has a way with the dark romance.

I am so glad I had the opportunity (from the author) to read both parts of the serial available so far.
This is the continuation of the story from The Blue Rose and even more exciting. In this book the romance continues between Melissa and Alexander and shows what happens when Melissa begins to believe the lies she is being told and then goes missing. A relationship develops between Catalina and David which adds a second strand to the story and really adds to the momentum, especially as Catalina blames herself for what is happening.
I loved this book and it is so interesting watching the different characters and their relationships develop. It would be very difficult to fully understand this book without having read The Blue Rose. Having read the extract of The Red Rose - book 3, I can't wait for the next part to become available. This is so much better than other erotica novels I have read and I highly recommend this series

The White Rose is the continues on from The Blue Rose, second instalment in The Rose series. Melissa has disappeared and Alexander is frantic to find her, he is heartbroken and distraught when he finds out that he was drugged and that Melissa was sent a text photo of him and his ex-wife Gisele in a compromising position in his office.

Melissa believes Alexander no longer loves him and has fled to Canada, straight into a danger she is unaware of, with people who only want to destroy Alexander and his family. She is also leaving behind her beloved family, whom she has come to trust and rely on. Even more upsetting is the fact that Gisele has told Melissa that Alexander was only using her for the baby she is now carrying, a baby that will be brought up by Alexander and Gisele when they rekindle their love for each other.

The family must work together to get Melissa back and out of the danger she has put herself in and David, Alexander's brother and Catalina, Melissa's cousin and forced to work together to bring this about. The only drawback here is that David and Catalina are also trying to fight against their attraction to each other, a fight that cannot be won as their feelings are so intense that they are quickly losing the battle to stay apart.

This was a great sequel to The Blue Rose and I am sure The Red Rose will be a very enjoyable finish to the series.

This author doesn't disappoint. After reading her previous work, I shouldn't be surprised. This book has a good plot which will intrigue you from the start. Along with the sexy & steamy parts, I was reluctant to put it down. Extremely good read!

Great story of love and obsession that drew me in and kept me hooked till the end!

This is the first book I've read from this author. Before reading this I downloaded the previous book in the series. Loved them both. Looking out for the next book. Thank you for giving me to the opportunity to read and review this book.

The White Rose is an enticing novel and a real page turner.

Alexander is a billionnaire. Engaged to be married when suddenly his whole world is turned upside down.

Melissa is looking forward to being married to Alexander. Everything is right in her world but then everything comes crashing down.

Alexander is working late in his office due to a fault in the system whilst a party is going on and Melissa receives the most disturbing text. Her instant reaction is to run! What she has seen is heartbreaking and unbelievable. Alexander is puzzled by what's going on around him. He is totally clueless but because he has been an addict in the past, it's hard to believe in his explanation.

His younger brother David has his back and won't leave any stones unturned to unearth the truth. At the same time, keeping his mind off Melissa's cousin, Catalina becomes quite the distraction. He is a true alpha in every sense and determined to bring Catalina into his "world". They both carry baggages which they are unable to unload but as they get to know each other, they recognise themselves in each other. They are both "broken" and as they spend time together, they gradually confide in each other and the reality of their pasts is very distressing. They are kindred spirits!

In the meantime, the investigations show that there is another party who appears to be set on destroying the two brothers and their family. The truth is totally unexpected and the situation is more dire than they initially thought. Can they put things right before it's too late?

Alexander is distraught but he won't stop until he gets Melissa back, no matter what. Melissa shows her bravery but she might be in a little too deep! Revenge can sometimes blind someone to the dangers surrounding them. David and Catalina are immersed in a passionate and erotic relationship. Do they have a future in view of how they feel about their pasts? The book ends on a good note in one aspect but not so good in another. What's coming next is full of promises.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this fast paced and action packed novel. The intensity of Alexander's love for Melissa is breathtaking and his emotional turmoil is palpable. The suspense throughout the whole story had me on edge and I was unable to put it down.

A novel with a twist and steamy sex scenes.

Loved the first book, second book was equally as good. Wish the last book would hurry up! Interesting story and I can't wait to find out it ends!

Although I haven't read the first book in this series, The White Rose was easy to navigate and pick up on what I had missed in the first book. Melissa and Alexander's relationship has just been torn apart by people who are completely against them being together. I caught on quickly that Alexander is a completely alpha guy, but he's come undone by Melissa running from him, and he's determined to get her back and explain to her that what she saw isn't what really happened. Thank God he has his brother David watching his back. David seems to be very different than Alexander. Where Alexander is wild and seemingly out of control, although now sober, David is calm and completely in control at all times. He and Melissa's cousin, Catalina, start their own erotic relationship, and it's as steamy and entertaining to read as Alexander and Melissa's.

I really like all 4 of the main characters in The White Rose. Alexander is sexy, dynamic and wildly in love with Melissa. Melissa is sweet, smart and also in love with Alexander. David is the calm to Alexander's storm, cool and in control. And Catalina is tough, but filled with insecurities brought upon by her own traumatic past. The 4 of them face crazy, intense events here, can't wait to read what happens next!

This was a very intense story that affected all senses and feelings. There were some great characters that fitted well into the non stop action storyline. Great b

It was quite a interesting story that was a continuation from the series 'The Blue Rose# 1.' What will happen as we see that Melissa and Alexander's relationship is being turned upside down? I love how this author gives us some really solid characters..Alexander, Melissa, David and Catalina who will give the readers one steamy, erotic, enticing, twist, turns, surprises and a suspenseful read. Who is out there trying to destroy these two brothers and their family? Will Alexander be able to get Melissa back before it's too late? Will Catalina [Melissa's cousin] and David [the alpha] have a future together? I loved how the brothers Alexander and David was so different but definitely were there for each other when it was needed. What did Alexander's ex-wife Gisele have to do with Melissa's running away? What a plot that was so full of 'dark secrets and tender love.' To find out the answers to all of these questions and more you will have to pick up "The White Rose" to see how this author presents it so well to the readers. Yes, we are left with a cliffhanger at the end! You will be definitely be wanting to get to the next series... 'The Red Rose' to see how the ending will all come out.
