I don’t even really know where to begin with this one. Before I Let Go ripped my heart out and put it back together in the most beautiful way. This Could Be Us spoke to me and healed me in ways that I can’t even try to convey. I thought that Can’t Get Enough would rank right up there with the others, but it just … didn’t.

We meet Hendrix in Before I Let Go, and let me tell you, I loved her from the first introduction. She is the definition of a bad ass, independent woman who would do anything and everything for the people in her life. Someone who you want by your side as your ride or die. The Hendrix that we get in Can’t Get Enough, is not the same. I don’t know who she is, but she’s not it. The book starts off promising, taking ahold of your emotions with the introduction of Hendrix’s mom’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. But that’s pretty much where it started and ended for me. As much as I wanted to swoon and fall all over Maverick, their relationship seemed very rushed and forced. I tried really hard to get behind their “forbidden love”, but the forbidden aspect of it made the situation feel very whiny and childish. The side story with the assistants felt like it was trying too hard to be something it wasn’t. While I did chuckle and enjoy a few parts, most of it was a complete disappointment. I wanted SO badly to love it, but it really missed the mark for me.

A big thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for this e-arc.

Can't Get Enough is a heartfelt exploration of personal ambition, family responsibilities, and (of course) romance in all the places you least expect! Hendrix was so multifaceted and I loved following her career development as an entrepreneur and the balance with caring for her ailing mom. But, of course, and unexpected encounter with THE Maverick Bell is pretty unbalancing in her life.

I really loved the exploration of Hendrix's relationship with her mother and her reflections over the development of her Alzheimer's. It felt very raw and authentic and relatable. On the other hand, I felt the pacing of Maverick and Hendrix's relationship was a little off-kilter and I think it left me feeling like I was not as invested in their relationship development, especially after the throw-in of Maverick's ex. I don't know, it just didn't resonate as much with me and I didn't feel all the warm and fuzzies as I have in the past.

Overall, I felt Can't Get Enough was a good conclusion to this series, and I did respect and enjoy the character development I did see with Hendrix. 3 stars.

Thank you Forever for my copy! Kennedy Ryan is the QUEEN of emotional romances. I feel like I've been waiting for Hendrix's story forever and wow, it did not disappoint! I loved how tenderly these characters loved each other and their families/friends.

Kennedy Ryan is incapable of writing a book that won't make me cry. Hendrix and Maverick's story was so painfully REAL, showing the most vulnerable and hard moments of life throughout the development of their connection. Both characters were incredibly independent, but found ways to find each other where they were at and sit in the challenges they faced together.

The drama was top tier and the found family warmed my heart. Yet another stunning book from Kennedy and a great way to end the Skyland series!

Where to start???

I knew Hendrix was going to be a wild ride. Boy was I correct. Right out the GATE. Right out the GATE I tell you.

There was a time I almost threw my Kindle I was getting so frustrated with her. I put her in time out and came back later that night. Happy I did b/c girl made it right all by herself. Part of me was happy she came to her senses on her own, but another part wanted her to be verbally slapped for acting a fool.

Now Maverick is a Man with that capital M. He knew what he wanted and never shied away. I loved his conviction and that he was THERE every step of the way. I loved the way he described her and I love how he put Zere in her place about her looks and his love for her.

I feel like I need to get me a few champagne roses just for the smell to fully immerse into the story.

This was my absolute fav book in the #SkyLandTrilogy!!! 🩷🧡💜 Hendrix was always the character I liked the most (I admit my bias), but I truly loved this book. It was romantic. It was spicy. It addressed very real issues. If you haven't met Yasmen, Soledad, and Hendrix, consider this the sign you've been waiting for to read this series!

If i could give this book 100 stars I would. Hand down my favorite in the series… I need Maverick physically, mentally, emotionally, BIBLICALLY 😩😭

What I appreciate about Kennedy’s books and I think what draws me to her stories is the confidence and security of her FMC’s. I think deep down we all aspire to know ourselves as deeply as her FMC’s know themselves. I think what I loved most about Hendrix’s story is that I saw so much of myself in her. I know… I’m so much younger than she is! But her unwillingness to settle and to focus on her goals is heavy hitting for me😭 And in all vulnerability I pray God sends me someone who sees me as clearly as Maverick sees Hendrix🥹

The last thing I’ll say is I absolutely loved the representation of Black Money!! Like yes we need more Black people in high spaces but we also need to advocate for more for ourselves and push against the system that was built against us. Black people are strong, we are resilient and no matter how many setbacks come our way, we still succeed.

Kennedy knows she know how to write a STORY!!

eARC provided by NetGalley for an honest review!

I loved the last installment of the Skyland series! I have loved this whole series and this one certainly lives up to the standards. Hen and Mav’s relationship is so beautiful and loving. The family issues with Hen were hard to read but they were done so well. I also loveeee the lack of a third act breakup. Would recommend!!

Kennedy’s writing always has me in my feels and inspires me in ways no others ever had!

Can’t Get Enough highlights so many issues that society is facing and does it in a way that has you thinking about the world while lost in another. She brings things to the forefront but doesn’t detract from the heart of the story. I can never get enough of Kennedy’s words and am already looking forward to what’s next.

Maverick and Hendrix’s story is breathtaking in every way. From the moment Maverick sets his eyes on Hendrix you could feel his world shift. You knew the chemistry was going to be off the charts and boy was it! The way Mav saw Hendrix and how she forced him to be more, to be better, their love was meant to be in every way.

Such an amazing story and one that inspires from the very start.

Overall: 5/5
Spice level: 3/5
Tropes: single dad, billionaire, he falls first, "rich auntie"

Kennedy Ryan always finds a way to reel readers in and touch their souls. By weaving everyday issues into her romantic storylines, she fosters relatable characters that could be any of us.

Hendrix was that character for me in 2 very major ways: childless by choice and having a close relative live and struggle with an Alzheimer's diagnosis.

The latter is an emotional rollercoaster for everyone involved, and she captured that so well with such sensitivity, as she always does with her pen.

Aside from that, I absolutely loved both of the main characters. Hendrix is beautiful and powerful and intelligent and bold but also has a soft vulnerability that few get to see. Our MMC, Maverick, certainly brings that out of her for more than one reason. They quickly and easily relate to each other, creating a driving force that consistently brings them together.

I also love that Kennedy writes men who give their women space to be who they are at all times, only offering a little something extra in their support, whatever that includes.

That plot was well-paced, the characters were well-developed and sexy and lots of fun to read. And all in all, I'd have to say this was actually my favorite of the Skyland Series. Hendrix's unapologetic and fierce personality (both in life and sex) made it the spiciest of the three. No slow burn here, baby!

Like book 1, grief is another major theme, navigating the past and what's to come.

Lastly, shout out to all the fellow plus-size ladies who are getting to see themselves here! All of our bodies are shaped differently, but we all deserve love, despite and in spite of how we look.

KENNEDY FREAKING RYAN!!! This book was just another reminder of why she’s one of my all time favorite authors. No one writes black love and female friendships like Kennedy. As if I couldn’t love Hendrix anymore, somehow I do! This story showed strength, self love, and vulnerability all wrapped up into one. And Mav, whew. You already know. This story was beautifully written. It was funny, empowering and tackled tough subjects in a sensitive and understanding way. I’m so grateful I got an ARC so I can once again tell everyone I know that Kennedy has written another “must read”! 5 glowing stars for Can’t Get Enough!

This was the book I was anticipating the most out the series. I love Hendrix’s personality. As someone who is dealing with a mother in law with Dementia and a mother with chronic health illnesses, the writing was very realistic. I didn’t care for Hendrix and Maverick’s romance. It fell flat for me.

I knew Hendrix book was going to have me in my feelings, but let me tell you. I was a freaking mess because she was being pulled in every which away. I don't know how many times I cried when it came to her being "home." I don't think there is going to be anyone who is not going to cry in the first few chapters. It had me respecting my aunt even more as she navigated those waters with my granny.

Let's get to Maverick and all his awesomeness. The man the everything and kept every word out of his mouth. You are going to fall in love before Hen. The way my toes curled and the amount of excitement that came over me every time he was mentioned is borderline creepy for a fictional character.

I would say my highlights are plentiful as there were so many gems dropped. Thank you, Kennedy, for another great book. Also, Shabotonay, thank you for being my Sol and Yas. Hats off to you as well, TFFL.

4.5 stars!!! This story had everything I needed and characters I couldn’t get enough of. I loved following Hendrix and Maverick story and didn’t want it to end.. While this was my least favorite book in the series, Kennedy Ryan did it again!

Everyone knows how much I love Before I Let Go. It is on my Roman Empire list for life. I was most excited for Hendrix story and I left her so disappointed.
We’re back in Skyland and it was refreshing to see my favorites, Yas, Sol, and Hendrix. These three together are the absolute best parts of this story. 🩵💜

Hendrix is dealing with her mother who sadly has Alzheimer’s disease. We’ve known since book 1 and Hendrix’s many visits to NC, that her mom had health issue and it was confusing to me how Hendrix was so out of touch with her medical issues.

Maverick Bell. Me and you had a very shaky introduction and a lot of side eyes. 🤔 It’s almost like I needed Zere to have done something TERRIBLE for the way he treated her during the breakup. Yes, she shouldn’t have thought she could change his mind about their future, but I don’t think that called for him being so dismissive for someone you spent 3 years with that didn’t sound like a bad or toxic relationship. Wasting someone’s time is disrespectful.
I also feel like he should’ve told Zere about his relationship with Hendrix. He was very nonchalant and unattached for someone who claims to always care for Zere. Also, turning Zere into a mean girl felt really forced throughout the story to make us really dislike her.
I enjoy when an MMC has "You're going to be mine,” energy. But at times, I didn't understand his intense motive and desire. Trauma bonding?

Hendrix made it clear to Mav several times he could have anyone he wanted. Sometimes I felt like she was asking why her? And why was it her? Why him? Hendrix could have whoever she wanted as well. It was hard for me to believe in their love. They had chemistry, yes, and connected over their hardships in life but I am lost on the deep love connection.

My favorite parts of this story were Hendrix, Yasmen, and Soledad. Every scene with them made me smile and made my heart so full. I also enjoyed Mav’s dad conversation with Hen in Malibu and the banter between her and Mav was cute because Hendrix is such a jokester.
Witnessing her journey of “I want companionship too,” was beautiful when I look at it from her point of view. Hendrix deserved soft love too.
I wanted better for her. For me, a lot of the time throughout the story, Hendrix didn't even feel like herself. I just wish her path to happiness was way less messy. I’m crossing my fingers on a future Skyland vacation novella with all three couples.

This was my most anticipated read of the year, the only ARC I REALLY wanted and unfortunately, it fell very flat for me. #HendrixDeservedSoftLoveToo 🩵💜

Kennedy Ryan is a master of her genre. Her books are at the absolute top tier of romance. I am not lying when I say that I checked Netgalley every day for three months, waiting for this book to appear. This was not my favorite of the Skyland series (that honor belongs to Soledad’s story) but I still love Hendrix and her story.
Hendrix Barry, a successful talent agent, who is single and childless by choice, meets Maverick Bell, an entrepreneur and billionaire, at a party and sparks immediately fly. While they deal with fallout from Maverick’s previous relationship and Hendrix’s struggle to deal with her mother’s worsening Alzheimer’s Disease, their relationship deepens. I love Hendrix and her reluctance for love and Maverick is a worthy foil, however, I am generally not a fan of the billionaire trope in romances. I feel like it sort of cheapens things to make the love interest a billionaire. Yes, romances are all about fantasy and escapism but I think it’s hard to connect to the story when it is ultimately so far from reality.
I’m sad that this is the last Skyland story and loved revisiting the friendship between Yasmen, Soledad and Hendrix. This is definitely a memorable romance series and one worth reading.
Thank you to Netgalley and Forever for an advanced copy of this book.

I really wanted to love this book. I have been waiting on Hendrix’s story since I met her in “Before I Let Go.” I saw how deeply she loved and how funny, charismatic and enigmatic she was by being unapologetically herself in “This Could Be Us.” This story felt like a completely different Hendrix. I don’t know who this character really is.

It started off strong with the prologue and you see what she has been dealing with for years in silence and the load she has been carrying. But, it fell flat for me shortly after this. The love story seemed forced 🫣 it was quick and based on this fly-by-night connection they seemingly had from a casual introduction at a party.

The ex played way too big a role in their story for someone that had a fleeting connection to either one of them. And the mention of a perceived “girl code” had me screaming at my kindle “WE DO NOT KNOW THIS BROAD!”

I am devastated at the way this entire series ended. I had such high hopes. I coveted this ARC and was/am so grateful to receive it through NetGalley and Read Forever. But I feel like Hendrix was built up so much in the other books as this larger than life force and her story came in with a roar but crept out with a whimper.

Kennedy Ryan does it AGAIN!!!! I “Can’t Get Enough” of this book, oh my goodness, it was so amazing that I did not want it to end. I love my Skyland girls and was beyond excited to read about Hendrix. Hendrix is unapologetically herself; she is beautiful, funny, kind, loving, and a boss!!! I absolutely loved the chemistry she had with Maverick!! He is that type of man that every woman dreams of. From beginning to end this book had me laughing, crying, and literally cheesing!!! I love how Kennedy incorporates real life experiences in the book through her characters that many of us can relate to. This is a must read!!! I received the digital ARC through NetGalley!! Thank you ❤️

Can't Get Enough was a sexy, affirming, emotional, and super satisfying end to the Skyland trilogy. I'm sad to say goodbye to the Skyland ladies, but I am so, so happy to have been along for the ride. As always, Kennedy Ryan is the queen of love stories that hit you in the gut. I loved Hendrix's story, Mav's character, and the storyline about her VC fund. Also, shoutout to Waffle House.

Thank you so much Netgalley for the ARC!!

While this is a solid 5 star read for me, I also have to admit it's my least favourite book in the series. But that's just because the previous books have been absolute masterpieces, and this one didn't have the same impact on me. Still, it's an amazing romance, and one that I had a hard time putting down. There was so many undeniable chemistry between Hendrix and Maverick, and all I wanted was to see them together.
