Good book, some informations on the brain, the usual mindfulness and some other insights about emotion, social edonism and drives. Pretty clear and with a lot of tips and suggestions, this book is a little bit different from all the others that have been recently published about, more or less, the same topic. Recommended reading if you are interested about the mechanism behind the most common pulsions.

Bel libro, alcune informazioni sul cervello, la mindfulness (che come al solito non puó mancare) e alcuni insight sulle emozioni, l'edonismo sociale e le pulsioni. Molto chiaro e con molti trucchi e suggerimenti, questo libro si posiziona, secondo me, uno scalino piú in alto di tutti quelli che hanno pubblicato recentemente sull'argomento; lettura obbligata se vi interessano i meccanismi dietro le spinte che guidano gli esseri umani.

NeuroWisdom is an immensely practical book that applies the latest neuroscience research to money, success, and happiness. This book doesn’t feel like a slimy book of scams promoting pure greed and it doesn’t teach you cheap tricks on how to slyly creep up the ladder of success. It is a down-to-earth and practical book filled with experiential exercises and evidence-based strategies to change your brain, change your relationships to yourself, people and money, and drastically transform your life. I highly recommend it!

This book is dope, dope, dope!

Basically, Mark and Chris define Neurowisdom as the inner teacher and spiritual compass that, when fully embraced, will help the reader achieve their financial and emotional goals.

The authors give practical steps for readers to practice mindfulness which in turn provides a formula for creating inner and outer wealth.

There are 4 pillars of wealth explored: Motivation, Decision making, Creativity and Awareness.

Favourite Quote: “When you seek wealth for your own private pleasure, you’ll feel somewhat empty. Those who share accumulated wealth with others feel greater emotional satisfaction.”

Recommendation: If you are looking for a book to enhance your ability to be self directed and increase creativity, this is for you. This book is a practical one and you definitely need to spend time reading and carrying out the exercises.
