This was a well organized cookbook, with mostly quick and easy to follow recipes. I really enjoyed many of the recipes included, but there were a lot of recipes with chia seeds so I felt like there could have been a bit more variety. Overall, it's good for anyone looking for some healthy, but easy meal options.
