It’s a little old for my two year old. But I am keeping it handy. So many wonderful conversation starters, interactive activities, and life changing principles are covered in this workbook.

I honestly feel like adults could benefit from this book as well. Healthily coping with anger is SO necessary and this book empowers those things in you.
