IMHO, this book gives another way to look at cognitive/behavioral therapy approaches. The author's step by step suggestions may be easier for readers to understand than reading them in a psychology book.

This is really practical info. There's virtually no fluff whatsoever, so it's really easy to implement these suggestions. Those seeking the traditional format of stories and examples to accompany advice will not likely be satisfied, but that does not diminish this book's value. Anyone will benefit from at least one section of this book. Recommended. Good stuff.
