The chance to be immortal - something that has fascinated mankind since time immemorial. This is the second in the Epiphany Mayall mysteries and I haven’t read the first. However, that made no difference at all to my enjoyment of this book. Epiphany is a psychic using her gift to help locate a lost artefact. Lots of historical and scientific Information, great plot with twists and turns ~ the last one being the most unexpected! Great characterisation and lots of travel. Interesting, absorbing read. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to the author and NetGalley for providing me with a free copy of this book in return for my honest opinion.
