Rivaling farm families, the Bridgewater's and Hearn's have not been on the best of terms for a long time but that just may not stop love. The families start to notice their interest in each other and try their best to discourage it.

A twisted romantic crime thriller series (Book 1) set in West Sussex and Ireland (Waterfall Way Series).

Love has a way of blossoming though despite the obstacles in the way.

A body is found then another, is there a serial killer on the loose?

When dark family secrets start being revealed chaos reigns supreme but when Julia realizes someone is watching her and just waiting she becomes afraid and very on edge.

The suspense is real and I couldn't read this fast enough.

I am glad I took a chance on this new to me author.

I definitely want to read the next book in the series.

Expected publication: December 18th 2020.

I was given a complimentary copy of this book. Thank you.

58 Farm End is a fast paced mystery thriller that introduces the reader to the Bridgewaters and Hearns. They live on neighbouring farms but there is history and bad blood between the two families for years. When Julia Bridgewater meets Seth Hearn, sparks fly even though they are forbidden to see each other. Julia knows her heart and mind and chooses to do as she pleases even though her father and brother disagree.

We are introduced to a variety of characters in the Hearn family, a huge lot and rather suspicious. When Ivy Brown, Jake Hearn's fiance is found dead in the pond, at the far end of the farm, chaos ensues. Everyone has a shady past or story, everyone is hiding something. I particularly enjoyed how the story unfolded and the mystery unraveled. However, the ease with which Julia and Sean fall in love was a little difficult for me to adjust to.

The plot is well thought out and the characters are easy to relate to. The sibling dynamics between Julia and Peter is interesting and I like how they evolve and learn to understand each other and respect one another. There is a lot of heartbreak going around, but in the twists towards the end were brilliantly planned. The ending is unexpected and I like how this book leads on to the next one!

A well-written murder mystery, this book is a must read for all!

Thank you Netgalley for the advance copy of this amazing read. The story of two neighbouring farming families the Bridgewaters and the Hearns. Julia quickly falls for the Hearn's son Seth causing friction between the families. When Seth's brother Jake's fiancee Ivy is found dead floating in the silent pool Jules'nightmare begins. This story has it all mystery, intrigue, dead bodies, heartache, romance, a crazed stalker and a picturesque setting. A real page turner from start to finish. I can't wait for the next installment.

My thanks to the Author publishers and NetGalley for providing me with a Kindle version of this book to read and honestly review.
I am fairly sure I am not the target audience for this book, but this 63 year old grumpy Yorkshireman thoroughly enjoyed it. What for the most part is a gentle sweet coming of age love story, has a distinctly darker side. As 'Jules' our heroine comes to terms with the loss of her mother and living in a run down dairy farm with her father and brother, she meets and falls for the 'bad boy' next door. Well written atmospheric descriptive and full of old fashioned romance almost twee, but suddenly totally out of the blue and unexpected like a slap in the face, there are violent interludes assault attempted rape murders past and present, and just when this experienced whodunit reader thought he knew where the story was going, the Author completely twists it around. As for me a slightly disappointing ending began to take shape, it quickly became understandable from the Author's point of view as I quickly realised we were looking at at least one follow up book, which I for one look forward to.
Totally thoroughly recommended.

58 Farm End by Natasha Murray is a fast paced story of forbidden love and murder. I really enjoyed this book and it kept me wanting to read more, I actually finished it in one sitting which is very unusual for me.
It is the first book in a series and I look forward to reading the next.

Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for my copy.

Star-crossed would be lovers with a mysterious feud between family lines that seem to also have a major property dispute in the middle of the animosity starts out this tale. Add in a mysterious death, family hardships & disappearances & death of long ago & you have some puzzles to be solved as they won't go away. Interesting & good ya book in my opinion with a bit of a murder mystery & some cliffhangers in a great rural UK setting.

Firstly thank you to the author and Netgalley for providing me with an advance copy of the book however this is a completely unbiased and honest review and has not been influenced in any way by this.
At first I wasn’t sure if I would like the book, I accidentally requested it when I meant to request another book however this was a happy accident. I had finished my previous book and this was next on the kindle so I thought I’d give it a go and I am very glad I did. I would put this book in the romance/murder mystery cross over. It was gentle enough for the ya market and the older generations but exciting enough for the reader of regular murder mystery’s, add in some family intrigue and you have a really good book. As I said not my usual type of book but a good read nether the less, I’m looking forward to the next two instalments.

When a book combines romance and mystery well, it makes for a terrific book and this book achieves that tricky balance. At first, I was concerned the romance side of things - and what a dramatic side it is! - would detract from the mystery but not at all. There are twists galore and the author achieves a genuinely suspenseful plot. Pick this book if you want colourful characters, engaging dialogue and lots of suspense.

I want to thank the author and Netgalley for gifting me this ebook. If you are looking for a murder mystery then this is for you. It takes place over in England in a span of a few days/weeks. There is also a little bit of romance with the main characters. So grab a hot tea or coffee and snuggle up with a blanket and enjoy your read!

Another favorite by a great author. The plot of the story was very well written. The author really draws the reader in as you read. I felt like you can figure out how the story would go and then the plot goes another way.

58 Farm End is a captivating love story/murder mystery. The characters are all flawed and stuck in circumstances that seem overwhelming, but they draw you in and make you care. I'm anxious to read the next book - Julia's Baby. Well done!

Natasha Murray skillfully develops the characters, making them relatable and compelling. Julia's naivety and longing for something more in her life make her a sympathetic protagonist. The chemistry between Julia and Seth is palpable, adding an additional layer of tension and excitement to the story. As their connection deepens, they face numerous obstacles and challenges, raising questions about their star-crossed love and whether Seth can truly keep Julia safe.

The murder of Ivy Brown, discovered in a silent pool at Farm End, serves as a catalyst for the unraveling of dark secrets and the ensuing chaos. Natasha Murray expertly builds suspense and intrigue, gradually revealing the hidden truths that lurk beneath the surface. The sense of mystery and the constant sense of being watched adds an air of unease and keeps readers guessing about the identity of the culprit.

The author's prose is descriptive and evocative, capturing the essence of the farm and its surroundings. The rural setting adds depth and authenticity to the story, painting a vivid picture of the struggles and hardships faced by the characters.

"58 Farm End" successfully blends elements of romance, mystery, and suspense, creating a well-rounded narrative that will appeal to fans of both genres. Natasha Murray's storytelling is engaging and immersive, keeping readers hooked from beginning to end. The pacing is well-maintained, with well-timed revelations and plot twists that heighten the tension and propel the story forward.

In conclusion, "58 Farm End" is a compelling and satisfying read that combines forbidden love, murder, and mayhem in a seamless manner. Natasha Murray's adept storytelling, well-crafted characters, and atmospheric setting make for an engrossing reading experience. Prepare to be swept away into a world of dark secrets, intense emotions, and the quest for truth.
