"This book had a good mix of faith, humor, mystery and suspense. Lots of good plot twists and surprises. The characters were familiar and the heroes and the story were likable if imperfect. "

What an amazing book such a reminder of God’s grace and love towards us all. Also helped me to remember that we are all equal in God's eyes needing his love. Such an encouragement to seek God and know we will be held accountable for our actions.

The fictional town of Tinyville, VA has been hit. A black civil rights newspaper is demanding a release of records regarding police brutality against their black residents. Their new captain, Ironwood Hamilton is willing to help combat the sting of racism in their town.

The book is clean, but also tells a powerful story of faith as well as righting some of the wrongs done to black citizens in America. It was a good and enjoyable read.
