This book is a delight. I was not at all familiar with gazoz drinks and I found the whole concept delightful-- sparkling, non-alcoholic drinks that are packed with various botanical elements to give them all kinds of unique flavors and stunning looks. There are lots of recipes not just for the drinks but for the elements -- how to make kombucha, sugar-fermented fruits, botanical syrups and much more. The photographs are stunning and plentiful. This would make a great gift and also a fun book to treat yourself with, especially if you are into making homemade staples and novel drinks. A fair amount of sugar/honey is used so it won't be suitable for folks on very low sugar or keto diets, but it's nothing compared to most common drinks. This was a really fun and inspiring read.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.
