This is an amazing book for the classroom or home. Jam packed with useful information and resources it is an invaluable asset. It contains numerous activities to get kids and adults focused on matters of the mind. It also has a wealth of information about different mental health issues explained in a way that everyone can understand and relate to. This is a fantastic book that I will most certainly be purchasing.
