Ann-Marie has written an extremely valuable and much needed book here. Anyone who has already begun, or about to begin, stepping onto their Spiritual Path will gain great value from its contents. Ann-Marie has made this journey easy to follow and understand with wonderful personal, and other fellow travellers’ stories, with which newcomers can relate. The journey can be very lonely and confusing, at times, and this book will remind the reader that they have many Mighty Companions to accompany and support them on their journey. This beautiful book is one of those Companions and I can recommend it without reservations

I have a PhD in Genetics and am a former Neuro-Scientist who was firmly steeped in the belief that ‘when you’re dead, you’re DEAD’.
