When I can across this book I was thrilled. As a teen I didn't have a parental figure around to explain things to me that involved my body, sex, and health. Having my own teens and something that can be helpful to all of us going through this stage in their lives is amazing. The massive number of topics sets my nerves at ease. I do feel like this has a wide variety of information which is helpful such safe sex, contraception, sexual abuse, and emotions.
