This is a bit of Psych 101 for the layman, with some of the five love languages woven in. The book focuses on three different ways of thinking, as well as how to work with people who think differently than you. It seems to be written more for the younger generation, based on cultural references used to illustrate concepts.

I would highly recommend this book, as it goes into depth explaining how the three brains impact us in relationships. There is a link for a quiz inside the book that you can take to determine which brain dominates you and your life. The book explains which brain you operate from. It goes into which brain your partner is operating from, how they express emotions, and how to deal with which brain is talking. The last section of the book cover children and their three brains. This book reinforces mBIT coaching and the three brains.
