In Pound-a-Day Rapid Weight Loss author Madison Cavanaugh delivers an easy to understand/follow plan for losing weight that she claims has worked well for her and others. It’s a quick read. I managed to finish it in only two sittings. The concepts are all easy to understand and sound solid enough. It’s a combination of juicing and the use of a few supplements used in a specific way. Now some may say the book is just a way to sell these supplements via the author’s own website, but there is nothing propriety about her plan and the various items she recommends are readily available from multiple sources. As for the plan, I can definitely see how many would find it appealing, what with it basically including a daily ‘cheat’ meal. As I’ve only finished reading the book and have yet to try out the plan I can’t yet comment on how effective the system is, but as with any weight loss plan you are of course encouraged to consult your doctor before starting. “Pound-a-Day Rapid Weight Loss” by Madison Cavanaugh is a great diet book. It has a ton of information like smoothies, glucomannan, chia drinks, recipes, healthy foods, easy workouts, foods to avoid, and miscellaneous tips. My favorite part and what I need to try first is the recipe custom meal plan for each week to lose maximum weight. It had a lot of sources for information which were nice and made the content look more reliable than other weight loss books I’ve read. 5 out 5 stars.

I read through this book and y’all I’m so excited to put this use.
I thought the writing was great and the methods that are listed here are simple and easy.
This was a well written guide and I can’t wait to give it a try.

This book was so good and it gave me some great pointers on rapid weight loss. I've struggled a long time with my weight and it takes a toll especially on my mental health.

I’m always looking for new ways to try to lose weight. I haven't started the diet yet, but it does have some interesting takes on dieting. I'm not happy with skipping dinner and only having a Chia Seed Drink replacement meal, but I am thinking of customizing the plan to better suit my personal needs which is easy to do thanks to all the customization plans in the book.

Sound advice. I’m excited to try this diet plan. The research and results seem legitimate and it’s worth a try. It’s a simple diet plan that seems cost effective and is doable in day to day life.

POUND-A-DAY RAPID WEIGHT LOSS is quick and easy guide to help with weight loss and promoting vitality. Reading other health books I can get easily overwhelmed, and with this book I appreciated how simple the text and tools are to make this method achievable and accessible for anyone. All the recipes, supplements, and resources are all incredibly inexpensive too! The five minute workouts and a one minute technique to change your mindset and lower your cortisol takes the pressure off and makes this way of weight loss easy to implement in one's life.

This is a pretty decent lifestyle book. I don't call it a diet book because it's better for building good lifestyle choices. I lost 5 pounds trying out the book's methods over a 4 week period... not quite "a pound a day" but still not bad.

POUND A DAY WEIGHTLOSS

Okay, let’s talk about the title. Obviously, I was going to check it out.

That’s the dream, isn’t it? Eat what you want, make a simple change, and watch the scale go down.

There was a lot of science to justify the choices and it kept my interest.

Am I fully sold? Meh. About 76% (how’s that for scientific), but what does that mean?

I’m fully willing to look into it more, but like with most things that sound a bit too good to be true, I’m cautious.

There are so many weight loss books available today. I honestly did not expect to find any new material to use when I picked up this book. However, I was pleasantly surprised and found useful information to not necessarily lose weight but to help improve my health.

This was an interesting read, with a nice combination of new-to-me methods for eating differently to promote weight loss and reducing stress, combined with some tried and true techniques for eating and exercise. I think the examples, sample recipes and directions for exercises will help people adopt the method more easily.

I was interested to see the way that chia seeds are used in this approach. I found that part of the diet the hardest, as I'm not keen on the texture, but overall think that this has helped me lose a little weight by following it for several weeks. Well written and explained, it it also beneficial in providing lots of information about the nutritional value of foods to an audience who might not always consider certain foods good in a weight loss diet.

This was a very informative o highly enjoyed it and I learned some great things to help me on my weightless journey. It was very reader and user friendly which I enjoyed and appreciated. Highly recommend this for anyone trying to lose weight.
