Use Dr. Bradley Nelson's bestselling Body Code techniques to remove the emotional walls around your heart
Honing in on the central concept of his runaway bestseller, The Emotion Code, Dr. Nelson presents an expanded, deeper look at Heart-Walls in his next book, The Heart Code. All of us, Dr. Nelson realized, have walls around our hearts—emotional barriers that prevent us from fulfilling our potential and finding our true purpose.
Based on the tens of thousands of stories that readers and patients shared with Dr. Nelson, The Heart Code offers an in-depth exploration into the mechanisms of Heart-Walls and practical guidance toward ultimately breaking down these barriers around our hearts. Readers will gain the tools necessary to identify and release these emotional walls that prevent us from experiencing true fulfillment in every aspect of our lives: physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and romantic.
With a compassionate, empowering, and prescriptive approach, The Heart Code takes readers on a journey of self-discovery and healing, helping unlock the full potential of your heart and live life with greater authenticity, joy, and abundance.

This is a life-changing book. It offers wisdom that will help the reader gain tools to live a more full and happy life. It helps one identify and release the things which no longer serve us. This is one I will return to again and again. Many thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the advanced copy of the book.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it. Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the ARC.
The Heart Code is more than a self-help book—it’s an invitation to healing and deeper connection. Dr. Bradley and Jean Nelson show how the subconscious builds a “Heart-Wall” out of old emotional pain, trying to protect us but often leaving us cut off from love, joy, and authentic relationships. Blending ancient wisdom with modern science, they explain how the heart holds not just our life force but our deepest memories, intuition, and capacity for connection. With simple, practical tools, they guide readers in releasing these hidden barriers so the heart can do what it was always meant to do—lead us into greater health, peace, and love. This book is clear, compassionate, and profoundly life-changing—I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The Heart Code is excellent overview of Discover Healing’s progressive techniques for addressing the many ways trapped emotions can be released to allow clients’ healing of their bodies, minds and spirits. It explains The Emotion Code, its foundational modality, and how it relates to heart-centered healing. Since it pulls together all three Discover Healing modalities, The Emotion Code, The Body Code and The Belief Code, and offers many authentic healing stories, it serves as a guide for anyone for anyone who might be interested in learning more about this remarkable healing method.

Why The Heart Code Might Be the Most Accessible Energy Book Yet
Many book reviews begin with, “This book is not for everyone.” The Heart Code by Bradley Nelson is quite the opposite. This book truly is for everyone, as long as they are ready to heal, because it speaks to a universal human energetic condition: the blocked heart, known in healer circles as the Heart Wall.
Because the Heart Wall is an energetic reality we all share as humans, the book naturally invites us to reconnect with one of our most inherent needs: to love unconditionally and to be loved in the same way.
What I appreciate is that The Heart Code refuses to fit neatly into any social or spiritual “bubble.” It’s not too esoteric, yet it doesn’t shy away from topics that aren’t widely accepted either. It walks that rare middle line: accessible, grounded, and still willing to explore deeper levels.
At moments, it even reminded me of Chicken Soup for the Soul, but The Heart Code goes much further. The true mastery of this book lies in its balance: clear basic theory, practical guidance for self-learning, and abundant, authentic personal testimony.
As an Emotion, Body, and Belief Code practitioner myself, I didn’t need “convincing” or to learn from zero, but reading it brought me back to my early days with The Emotion Code years ago. I remembered the thrill of first understanding how my energy works and the empowerment of being able to start healing from home.
The Heart Code rekindled that excitement. I remembered myself back then, and I realized how far I have walked since. Self-healing and facilitating healing in others has become my daily practice. And the power and beauty of this old memory make me think that many readers will feel the same pull. The inspiration within The Heart Code’s pages is simply contagious.
