I always get excited when I see a pretty bird, but my knowledge is pretty limited so I just call out "Look at the pretty blue bird!" This book explains how to watch birds, giving tips on how to observe without bothering them. It also explains differences that help tell the difference between different kinds of birds.
Of course, what makes this book so great is how it explains all this-- there are humorous illustrations and hilarious explanations that make the new information enjoyable and memorable. This is seriously funny. Whether you're looking for a science book or a birdwatching guide or just something funny, this book hits the spot.

This book was so funny, and I highly recommend it for fans of Mac Barnett, Tom Gauld, and other humorous authors and cartoonists. Part history lesson, part science, and part laugh out loud humor, this book would be perfect for kids of all ages and their grown ups. I highly recommend Omnibird for schools and libraries.

A fun and extremely informative book about birds, accompanied by great (and often funny) illustrations. It's jam-packed with everything you'd ever want to know about birds, and more. This is a great follow-up to The Observologist (which is also fantastic) and I look forward to more in the series. As an avid birder, I will be getting this for myself as well as my school library!

Omnibird is a really cool book about birds that is both educational and funny. It is packed with a huge amount of information about everything you could ever want to know about birds including how to observe them, bird anatomy, habitats/living situations, and specific information on many different types of birds. It has funny illustration and explanations to accompany the information and provides a fun learning experience for young and old alike. I think it would make a great addition to any home or school library. My 4 year old son was really interested in all of the facts and information and really enjoyed it! Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the ARC in return for my honest review.

Thanks so much to NetGalley for the free Kindle book. My review is voluntarily given,
and my opinions are my own.

This would be an amazing book for anyone interested in birds, especially upper elementary or middle school children. I could easily see this being adapted to classroom use, and depending on the background of the author, developing a lesson plan book to complement this. Teachers are always looking for different ways to teach their subjects; this would work wonderfully.

I would definitely recommend this book, not only as a classroom supplement, but as a gift to any person interested in birds. It is a wonderful book that any bird watcher will love.❤️
