I bought "How to Build a Time Machine" for my grandson, but couldn't put it down!! It is filled with excitement, adventure, amazing places, and very relatable characters. This book had me rooting for everyone and often at the edge of my seat with all the unexpected twists and turns. I can't wait to share it with my grandson. I highly recommend it and look forward to the continuation of Johnny and Harmony's adventures in the multiverse in Book Two!

HTBATM is a rollicking good read, especially for its target audience, ages One through Ninety Five! Fast moving, funny and teeming with likeable characters it belongs on everyone’s Timeline. HG Wells would approve. 👍🏼The only negative is there are no step-by-step instructions for building your own Time Machine. Perhaps we can ask Dr. Novick to include them in his next novel?

This book combines a relatable hero, Johnny, with epic stakes and magic! I enjoyed the fast-paced energy of the scenes, the immersive details, and the emotional roller-coaster of a young boy who possesses some incredible talents and is motivated by love for his family as he struggles to survive a chaotic universe and an unusual villain as he learns to wield his powers. A fun read!
