Just when you thought Mind Over Mood could not get better, well, it certainly has with the 2nd edition. It is filled with helpful real-life examples and I am so thankful for additional material on anxiety and goal setting. The goal setting material has helped me be more intentional about putting these amazing principles in action. And I love the countless downloads that are available which are practical, down to earth and speak very specifically to areas in my life that I am working on. Great job!!

This is the bread and butter of all self help books. I will put these lessons to use.
