I simply adored this book! I was cheering so hard for Sloane the entire time and I'm so glad she got her happy ending.
Emily Wood's writing is masterful, full of heart and humor. I'm so excited to read what she writes next!

This is a well-paced narrative balance of descriptive detail and plot with likeable characters.

With so many plot points that you don’t know what to expect next, the book delves into the meaning of family. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll run the gamut of emotions along with the main characters.

Aside from a few continuity errors, the book was so engrossing that I read it in one day. Since this is an excellent debut novel, I look forward to her future works!

With an amazing setting and the BEST Aunt ever, we find our two main characters in Salem Stables where we see both Sloan and Parker grow!
The TENSION between these two grows and grows!

I was hooked from page one, read this book in one sitting, and could not put it down!!

I wish I had a Salem Stables to run away to!

I will sit here waiting we get books for all the characters, need to see Tibby and Jim again, as well as need a story for Cass!

This was a delightful read from start to finish! The book is full of themes of second chances and redemption. The plot was well-paced and the characters were charming and witty. Such a cute little read! I love a little romance book that you can’t put down. I read it in a day and just loved everything about it.

This is one of those books that takes me back to the Hannah Montana movie. Even with that city girl vs. country boy cliché, I thought the author managed to reinvent herself in an interesting way, and the couple exudes a wonderful chemistry. I've been in a serious reading slump lately, but this book has become a comfort book during this time.

I loved the flirty banter in this book! The whole book was a fantastical delight from start to finish and I think this author is going to quickly become a favorite for sure!

fun small-town romance with some great romance and good vibes throughout. would recommend this one. 5 stars. tysm for the arc.
