Such an adorably illustrated and written book! I love Lou Lou's determination to show off her pet without worry and that her dragon is so much a part of her.

could read multiple times and not get bored. It follows that cute, whimsical sense of children's imagination with the perfect reminder not to discount someone because something doesn't seem believable. It was touching in a way that I wasn't expecting, but it balanced it perfect with a sense of humor that truly helped make this story.

It has gorgeous, vivid illustrations that draws you in, bring the pages to life. It would be easy to get lost in Lou Lou's classroom, listening to her cat loving teacher as her classmates gush about their own pets. It is something I feel littles would really enjoy and I would definitely recommend it for story time. This is one of those stories that seems like it will have a stronger impact if it's read out loud

How adorable is this?! Lou Lou does have a dragon! I enjoyed this so much. The illustrations are just beautiful. Penelope is hilarious. Henry is such a funny name for a dragon. And I can’t wait to hear what Bert is!
Truly loved this. No notes of improvement.
