Was quite an interesting story but sort of died down in the middle.. Well written as a first time effort but expected little more.. Fast read .. Lorenzo was hot n sexy but Bella not so much a bit whiny..Didnt find the chemistry wow but lots of sexy scenes.writing was kind of choppy even though the story had potential! Good effort...

This is a quick read it's a novella of only 143 pages but I did like it . Yes the story could have been made longer , pushed a little more , maybe given us Epilogue . I would have of happily read more from this story but don’t get me wrong what we are given is good . 

I did find Lorenzo a bit of a jerk and arrogant in the beginning but then with his protective and loyal side he really did grow on me. And besides he was HOT lol . The sex scenes wooo very HOT and STEAMY.

Bella I felt was a little weak , she seemed to be scared of everything. This I did find kind of annoying but yes there is a BUT when you read more and get to know her back story to it. Her back story kind of makes sense of how she behaves and you feel bad for what she has been through .

I wish we would have found out more though . I don't want to give spoilers away but Alex was very disturbing, freaking crazy I mean . Over all I did like this book and would recommend it.

A great short read! I really enjoyed this book! I couldn't stop reading once I started and would recommend this book.

This book is hot.  I could not put it down.  It was a easy and quick read.  These two characters were great and hot together.  I hope this Author keeps on writing.  This book has plenty of drama and romance and sex.

Belonging to Him was hot, and kind of sweet, too. I enjoyed both Lorenzo and Bella and their relationship. As a testament to how well written it was, I really felt for Bella and all she had gone through with her ex fiance. Yes, the story featured the familiar theme of the alpha male falling in love with the damaged heroine who had secrets and was damaged by her past, but it didn't detract from how well written it was or how much I really enjoyed it.

Bella was an excellent character, so sweet and strong. And Lorenzo, oh so hot and fell so hard for Bella. If this is how well written all Lucie's books are, I will definitely be reading more of her work!

Bella has a scary past that she don't want no one to know about. She meets Lorenzo at a club and just his touch alone she falls for him but is keeping her distance (at least trying to) Lorenzo wants Bella  and won't give up trying to open her up to talk about her past. Fast read but exciting book! I loved it But would like more what happens next?? I Hope there is more to the story. Thrilling,drama,shocking story that romance lovers will love 4/5 stars

I got this book from net gallery for an honest review.

This was an incredible book and I absolutely loved it. Bella is dancing with a friend at a night club when she sees a guy looking at her with his intense blue eyes. Lorenzo is captivated by the beautiful woman dancing and he can't take his eyes off her. There is an intense sexual pull between them.  Lorenzo asks Bella to dinner and she agrees but as he gets to know her he realises he wants so much more from her than just sex. Lorenzo is a caring, sweet guy and I think he's surprises himself at how he's drawn to Bella. 

Bella has a dark past that she's running from, one that's left her frightened and unable to trust. She hasn't shared her past with anyone and she worries that Lorenzo won't want her. 

I loved Lorenzo, my first impressions of him couldn't have been further from the truth. I liked how Lorenzo addresses Bella as  'carra' or 'amore' because it gave it originality. 

Alex grave me the creeps and Matt, I was shocked at what he had to say to Lorenzo at the end. 

Fantastic book with a great narrative. I thoroughly enjoyed it - the author has done an amazing job.

This was a quick read, Lorenzo was both fiercely protective and passionate, “ be careful, my sweet. Don’t you want to leave the room today? Because I don’t mind keeping you here. I can’t seem to handle being teased lately.” I liked this book, the story went by fast.

I liked this book. the characters were good. Bella has a lot in her past. Meeting the mega handsome billionaire just helped her come out of her shell. This was a fast read. I finished this on one day.. really less than one day. I wanted an epilogue. What about Franchesca? What happens now..that is what I want to know!

a good read

I enjoyed this title quite a  bit.  It did feel a little familiar in the story line, but I found myself rooting for the characters throughout each page.  I'm a sucker for a good romance, and this did not disappoint.  It would have seemed originally that Bella and Lorenzo were doomed from the start, but I was happy to learn that they were able to overcome the obstacles and that their relationship could survive.  Having baggage of a tortured past is something that not a lot of people have the courage to overcome, but I'm glad that Bella did.

This is more of a 4.5 Stars.  This is a quick read and reminded me very much of 50 Shades of Grey.  I happen to love 50 Shades so the similarity made me like this story more. It's not the story so much but more the characters that just felt similar.  The very beginning of the book I wasn't sure if I would like it.  Lorenzo was a little too arrogant for my tastes and Bella was a little too innocent despite the dark event that's eluded to in her past.  The first couple chapters didn't flow very well to me but the more I read, the better the writing got and the more I liked the characters.  Overall I really liked the story and wished it had a epilogue.

This was a quick read. I enjoyed it. I liked the passion between Bella and Lorenzo.

I absolutely LOVED reading this story. I would definitely recommend it to others. I would love to read more from this author and hopefully this series.
