Please include the following with your request to review: • Professional affiliation, if any. In other words, what do you plan to do with the book once you have it? • A link to your website. We will look for activity on the site, especially frequency and when the last change was made. • What is your social impact/reach? If you’re a blogger, how many visitors per month? If a bookseller, how many customers per month? If your request is approved, you will need to provide proof that the review took place, including name of the publication/blog, the link (for online reviews), and the date when the review will be published.
