This book is about finding your inner voice and listening to it. It's just another way to describe searching for that elusive inner self. I think someone who is searching to find a way to 'be still' will gain from this book. It's a good beginning book for spiritual seekers. If you're a seasoned spiritual seeker there may not be anything new.

It would be great if we all had a magic way to find our inner compass (our calling, our goal, our purpose).....world really is full of distraction, and if you are looking for that special something - i recommend you read this book. I have read lots of self help book, and generally one idea sticks with me (as for this book, there are many).

Good luck finding your inner compass.
