Advance Praise

(1) Honestly, I was not sure what to expect from this book as I've never considered myself a particularly spiritual or "new age" person. I was very pleasantly surprised and quickly drawn in as soon as I started reading. A well-written, intriguing story line, along with a great cast of characters, made for a book I found hard to put down. I enjoyed getting to know all of the characters, their strengths, weaknesses, and relationships, and felt their ups and downs right along with them. I'm looking forward to more from this author! (2) I just finished reading Sedona Hutton’s, “Cloud Whispers”. A beautifully woven story filled with love, loss, betrayal and renewal. It touches the heart of the reader as life unfolds for Liam and Katie. Peppered throughout the story are spiritual awakenings and life lessons which help to clarify many of the “why’s” in each of our lives. While Cloud Whispers includes passionate love stories, it also feeds your spirt and renews your soul. The gifts from this novel are unforgettable. (3) I wasn't sure what to expect with this book. However, I couldn't put the book down. Had lots of surprise twists and turns to the very end. Hopefully there will be another book in the works for this writer.

"Find your purpose, your joy and live it." This is the theme of this wonderful story.
It is a book that reflects joy, happiness and peace through the main character, Katie who is in a coma following a serious accident. She meets her spirit guides to help her with her journey both on earth and up in the clouds.
The connections with others in life are not coincidences and this is definitely displayed as you turn each page and find out what Katie learns.
I loved it!

All Katie wanted was a life filled with love and happiness. She had the love of her husband, her family and her friends, but she wanted more. She wanted what she gave away years ago, a baby and she wondered if her current infertility was “punishment.” When she receives news that will forever change her life and fulfill an inner need, a horrific motorcycle accident will render her comatose and send her spiraling into a world of “in-between,” a world between the Earthly plane and the afterlife of death.

Two beings and the soul of her beloved dog will take her on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance and show her the strength of making things happen, instead of passively yearning.
When Katie awakens from her coma, she will find herself embroiled in family drama, legal battles and a realization that she will fight to earn what she wants.

CLOUD WHISPERS by Sedona Hutton is told in an almost dreamlike manner, softly as one woman finds joy in life, in the journey to realize her potential and the life she always dreamed of.

Strong spiritual aspects temper the hard facts of reality in a story that brings joy to an entire family and heals its past wounds. Blended with an earthy romance, this story is a wonderful escape into other lives with a touch of the unknown and the chance for happiness.

I really enjoyed this story, a good woman's fiction novel with great characters.
The spiritual aspect of the story, was fun to read about, and made the story have a different twist to it, when Katie Callahan, goes into a coma after and accident and meets up with her Spiritual Guides and a favorite dog, many questions are posed and new avenue begin to become clear..
The theme,of family unity and conflicts, regrets and hopes painted a very real view of life, to me.
I did not go so much for the sexual content, as for me less is more. But that is not my choice but the authors, who saw relevance in it. For me, it just felt as if it didn't fit in with feel of the story.
The story is about the choices one makes and the consequences those choices create in ones life, and how each of these characters search within themselves to bring about change.
A very good story, with great characters and good messages that we can all learn from.
I would like to thank NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for the ARC of this book.

This is a beautiful book of self discovery, redemption and life. Katie Callahan is in a coma after an accident and enters the spirit world, between life and death. There she is surrounded by not only her spirit guides, but family members and her beautiful dog, all who help to guide her towards what she believes is the life chosen for her.

I can certainly say that from the first page you find yourself immersed in a story with so many layers that it is hard to put down. Katie gave away one of the most precious parts of herself and just when she is gifted with her return, tragedy strikes and she has to find her way back to be able to claim he and truly find the happiness that is lacking in her life.

Excellent debut novel and I look forward to reading more by Sedona Hutton.
