Like most self help books, this one starts out with what's key and that's acknowledging that to see the change, you've got to take charge.
It's what I'd call a light read and something you can pick up and build upon as you read along, which makes it a great companion in facing and overcoming your fear.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

What a fun and creative read! Judi Holler does a great job with making fear your friend and breaking down barriers to taking action. It's a shame-free book filled with examples and stories. It's a quick read in a breezy, conversational style. Any book that tries to explain that fear doesn't mean you're helpless is something I want to read, and I enjoyed the prose even more than I had hoped. She takes on many of the misconceptions we have about standing in our own power and our desire for the world to never scare us but without making the reader feel inadequate.
If you have a hard time believing in yourself and you've been knocked down by life, go grab this book to help pull yourself back up!
A great book to pick up if you're feeling down and out if you want to feel like a brave version of yourself!
