Live Life Keto: 100 Simple Recipes to Live a Low-Carb Lifestyle and Lose the Weight for Good is a very good recipe book for following keto in a simple, uncomplicated way. There is lots of additional information and tips for getting the most out of the lifestyle and the book is easy to read and pleasant to browse through. Although the biggest bonus is the mouth watering pictures of the recipes. The only problem for me was that it is really aimed at the US market and I needed to google some of the ingredients to find out exactly what they were (e.g. Half and Half - not readily available off the shelf in the UK). Overall though a good book.

The author begins the book by telling you about why a ketogenic diet can make you lose weight, gain energy and help with diabetes.You are also given a list of foods to help you find your way to a healthy body!

You will find recipes like Cheddar Biscuits and Gravy (made with almond flour), Cinnamon Crunch Bread, Lemon Blueberry Scones (almond flout) and Hidden Veggie Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie (almond milk and artificial sweetener.

You will enjoy Creamy Salmon Chowder (cauliflower, salmon, and heavy cream ), Egg Roll Soup (shredded cabbage, pork and chicken broth), and shrimp and Kielbasa skewers (shrimp, paprika, and cayenne pepper)

The recipes are easy to follow and quick to make, so you will enjoy eating keto meals!

I must first say that this recipe (or lifestyle) book starts off by explaining how to get started, what you need and how to use this book to start a new way of looking at food and cooking.

The recipes sounds delicious and don't seem to be too out there, using ingredients I can easily buy and that I like to use. The recipes are straight forward and easy to make and I look forward to getting stuck into trying some out soon.

A great cookbook that will make you realise it is easy to cook healthy meals for the whole family.

Anyone thinking about beginning a keto diet needs this book! Not only has Jennifer Banz lost weight following this diet, she has started a successful blog, created recipes and become a life coach. The latter shows in her writing. She’s encouraging, answers all questions you might have and makes reading her advice on all things keto feel like you are talking to a best friend. Her definition of a keto diet is simple and straight forward. Her “goal isn’t to be a size 6.” She just wants “to walk without a walker when (she) is 90.” Don’t we all? Live Life Keto tells you how to do it, beginning with chapters discussing the science of keto, how to stock your kitchen, measure net carbs and order in restaurants.Then come the recipes.

These mouth-watering, beautifully photographed recipes are organized traditionally by type: Breakfast, Soups and Stews, Chicken, Side Dishes, etc. There are even sections on Meal Prep and preparing Rubs, Seasonings and Sauces. Directions are uncomplicated and easy to understand. You’ll find new many new favorites and all are family friendly. I can’t wait to try Bang Bang Chicken and Green Beans, Bacon Wrapped Pickle Poppers, Browned Butter
Chocolate Chunk Cookie Cups and so much more. You won’t believe you are on a diet but you will love this way of eating! 5 stars.

I like cookbooks with recipes that make me excited to try them. Live Life Keto has many of them! I almost immediately whipped up the super easy microwave bread and was not disappointed. Will make it again for sure.

The ingredients all seem easy to get, no special appliances are needed and the steps are simple and easy to follow. Of course, the beautiful photos for each dish are a big bonus too.

Cookbooks especially those for everyday cooking are really useful or even essential for a successful keto lifestyle, and this one certainly would make a worthwhile addition to a collection.

A love a cookbook that has easy to procure ingredients and no special appliances required with recipes that are straight forward and easy to make.

There are tons of recipes within this book that I have marked off to try. The Cinnamon Crunch Bread sounds out of this world and who doesn’t love the sound of Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Soup with Roasted Garlic. I mean…roasted garlic!

I didn’t specifically pick up this book for the keto aspect, but because I need to add more protein into my diet. I am looking forward to going back to this cookbook again and again. Will definitely be buying a hardcover for my shelf.

I was really surprised by this book, although we do not (yet) follow a Keto diet, we had most of the ingredients in our kitchen. We tried the Bang Bang chicken (easy and delicious) and intend to work out way through the book. Husband (Mr Extra Picky about food) said that he looked the sound of many of the recipes........

I'm new to the whole Keto crazy, and this was a fantastic cookbook to start! I learned so much reading this book - she's got such great tips and tricks, and a great way of explaining everything.

The recipes are amazing - the photos are beautiful - the ingredients aren't hard to find in your local grocery story - great step by step instructions.

Live Life Keto is chock full of information such as what keto is, how to "fill with fat" properly, keto flu, lifestyle choices and changes, how to stock a keto kitchen, how cookbook author/blogger Jennifer Banz was/is successful in her "new normal" lifestyle and 100 fabulous easy-to-make recipes. Not only that but mouthwatering photographs are guaranteed to inspire even the most jaded cook.

Jennifer Banz adds twists to elevate ordinary recipes into exciting better versions plus she includes original ideas. As I have celiac disease, this book is my wheelhouse and I plan to make most of the recipes including Cinnamon Crunch Bread (love the thick crunch layer), Fluffy Morning Pancakes (I'm always on the search for better keto pancakes), Cinnamon Roll Energy Bites, Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Soup with Roasted Garlic, Butternut Squash and Zucchini Soup with Crispy Chorizo (which I am making this weekend), Bang Bang Chicken and Green Beans, Ginger Garlic Pork Bowls, Shrimp and Kielbasa Skewers, Garlic Butter Shrimp and Cauli Grits and Iced Lemon Cookies. We have already enjoyed Creamy Garlic Mushrooms, Microwave Bread (a year or two ago I was skeptical about microwave bread but it really serves a purpose) and Roasted Cabbage Steaks, all delicious and simple. Often we see a recipe book but only five or six recipes are the stars. Live Life Keto is not like that. I will add nearly all the recipes to my repertoire.

Whether you are beginning the keto lifestyle or have been at it for years, there are ideas here for all levels and all cooking skill abilities. Nothing wild or crazy, just interesting and delicious.

My husband and I have been keto for a little over two years now. It has helped my health immensely and both of us have lost quite a lot of weight without counting calories. I love keto cookbooks but rarely find one I like this much.

Banz goes into her own story and how keto works, along with lots of good information on getting started and being successful. Then the bulk of the book is recipes in sections like breakfast, appetizers, chicken, seafood, sides, staples and much more. Every recipe has a blurb about why it’s great along with a large photo (usually full page) and nutritional information. There are not a lot of ingredients but plenty of flavor. They are generally real ingredients like almond flour and cauliflower rice. I love that she also includes recipes for staples like microwave buns and blue cheese dressing so you can make your own. I also love that she is not overly dependent on ingredients like crushed pork rinds like some keto cookbooks.

I’m looking forward to trying lots of these recipes. Happily recommended.

This book was so informative. I’m not Leto but I’d like to try and and this is a gray cook book to get started with. Every recipe is easy to follow the ingredients are easy to find. I can’t imagine and finding keto difficult with this book at hand

This is my favorite cookbook of 2022! I live the keto lifestyle and there are so many great recipes in this book. The photos are fantastically mouth-watering. Even if you don't live the keto lifestyle, you will love these recipes and they are all easy to make. I've already pre-ordered a hard copy for my cookbook collection!!! Happy Holidays to me!!

Just in time to daydream about your next new year resolution, Live Life Keto explains why a keto diet might be perfect for you.

After a forty-page introduction to the keto diet, the book delves into 104 keto recipes. There are fifteen breakfast, ten soups/stews and ten lunch/meal prep recipes. Twelve chicken, twelve red meat and eight seafood recipes are also contained within this cookbook. The book includes nine appetizers/snacks, ten side dishes and nine yummy-looking desserts. It wraps up with nine basic recipes for condiments and seasonings.

Each recipe includes nutritional information. Every single recipe has a full-color photo. This is how you make a quality cookbook. The recipes are simple enough for even beginning cooks because the instructions don’t assume much prior kitchen knowledge. They also use simple ingredients found in most grocery stores. No searching health food stores for that one ingredient you have never heard of.

I have made several of the book’s recipes. All of them were easy and tasty. However, my favorite is the Microwave Bread in the last chapter. It makes one English Muffin while dirtying only a single ramekin. As a gluten-free eater, it’s a godsend that I have never seen in another cookbook or online. Yum!!!

Overall, Live Life Keto is a great choice both for existing keto adherents and those people who are just keto-curious. 5 stars!
