This book was a very good resource for the person trying an immunity diet. It had a great intro and a lot of information about food and Immunity. It was very concise and easy to take in. The recipes look great, there are plenty of colour photos in the book and on the whole I really enjoyed going through it. I’ve tried two recipes and they were easy to make and were delicious. I am looking forward to making more. I would definitely buy this book for myself or a friend or family member with auto immune issues, I think it would be very helpful.

Beautiful cookbook, gorgeous photos, easy to follow, and nice recipes. This cookbook has 75 nourishing recipes made with Whole Foods. The recipes look very good and appetizing!
