I loved this book. This is the perfect kind of cooking book. There are full-colored photos of the smoothies. There are is great drawings and color scape. It's up lifting ad makes me want to make the smoothies.
I loved the way the book is broken down into sections for seeds. The author/s explains the ratios for a good smoothie and gives you enough information to creat your own smoothie.

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. I love smoothies and was very excited to read this novel. There are some really good sounding soothies that I can't wait to try out! The recipes look easy and the book is well put together. Highly recommend.

this is such a good smoothie recipe book. There’s a lot of information about different proteins. You can use and different smoothie types you can make in what you can put in it. I’ll definitely be whipping a few of these up!
