I really enjoyed the cookbook #TheCompleteAirfryerCookbook. There are a lot of yummy looking and sounding recipes in there. But what impressed me the most is the fact that they begin the book explaining how to use an air fryer. Without talking down to their readers, they explain everything you need to know about this kitchen appliance. I've been pretty scared of mine, making my old man use it every time I have a recipe for it. With the tips and information that this book gives me, I'm feeling a bit more confident about using my air fryer myself. I've had lots of questions such as what do I use for putting the food in to put the food in the air fryer. How do I clean it if it gets dirty? What types of food are best to cook in it? All of this and more is explained in an easily understandable way without ever once making me feel like an idiot. I'm grateful to this book for turning a nightmare into just another easy to use appliance. I recommend this book to anyone with an airfryer, but especially to those who have fears or questions about their appliance. I also recommend #TheCompleteAirFryerCookbook to those who may not yet have an airfryer, but are looking at getting one. Before you spend your money on that air fryer, read the first chapter. The book explains what to look for in an air fryer. I wish I had read before I bought. Thank you @NetGalley and @Quarto Publishing Group-White Lion for the DRC. I am choosing to leave an honest review.

If you love your air fryer, you’ll definitely want to pick up The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook: 140 super-easy, everyday recipes and techniques, by husband and wife food bloggers Sam and Dom Milner. Their web site, recipethis.com, is dedicated to kitchen gadgets and appliances, and over the years, they have become experts in air fryer cooking.

The first parts of this excellent cookbook focus on air fryer charts, ingredients, equipment needed, and general hints to make air fryer cooking successful. Then there are chapters with recipes. The breakfast chapter includes several different and luscious dishes, including the recipe for a Full English Breakfast (the authors live in the UK), and a Rainbow Brunch Bowl with colorful vegetables and sausage that are delicious. The other chapters cover poultry, meats, fish, vegan and vegetarian, whole dinners like the classic English Sunday Roast Dinner, as well as breads, quiche, pizza, and of course sweets with mouthwatering recipes that real people will actually want to make.

Included are beautiful, professional photographs of most of the dishes – it would be better if all were pictured – that make it difficult to decide what to make next. However, most of the recipes are easy, and those who are honing their air fryer skills will want to make almost every dish, whether pictured or not, out of convenience and ease. The recipes are written in standard recipe form with helpful hints and comments at the beginning of each recipe, followed by a list of ingredients, and then step-by-step instructions. Both beginning and advanced cooks will easily be able to follow their favorite recipes for picture-perfect results.

All told, this is a “must have” cookbook that should be on the cookbook shelf of anyone who likes to use their air fryer. I love this cookbook.

Special thanks to NetGalley for supplying a review copy of this book.

A good collection of basics for using air fryers, presented in an easy-to-use format. Measurements are given in both English and metric, making it accessible to readers in many countries.

First of all, let me say that I love this book in terms of graphic design. There are bold colors throughout that are complemented by the bright, colorful photography. The white pages within the book aren't super exciting, but I like the box around every recipe that makes it obvious when there are 2 recipes on a single page. The white pages make me wish there were more of the stunningly designed pages throughout.

The recipes within range from simple (how to cook frozen foods in the air fryer) to complex (how to bake a cake or roast a whole chicken). There are recipes for picky eaters, carnivores, and vegetarians. I can truly see these "everyday recipes" being used in a home, especially one with children. I also love that there's a breakfast chapter, because that's my favorite meal of the day.

It's also a handy guide for people just scratching the surface with their air fryer. There are helpful charts for general cook times and progress pictures of more complicated recipes. Recommended for anyone who owns an air fryer, or those who just purchased one.

I waited for this book with anticipation as I have read lots of there books before and have made some great meals already.
This is a book with recipes that suit all types of individuals ranging from newbies to old hands at using Air Fryers. Well laid out and easy to follow recipes with clear instructions. For new people to AirFrying it will be a real help as it talks about other things and equipment that may help you make cooking easier. It also discusses different types of machine that may help you decide to buy one, or a second machine as many people are now using air fryers to cook all the time because it is more economical. Thank you both for writing this book and I would recommend it to anyone who has a real interest in using an air fryer.

The cover is bright and beautifully done. It really catches the eye and makes me want to stop and take a look at what's inside the book. The recipes are easy to follow and someone who is new to an air fryer could easily get into cooking with their air fryer by following what the book says. I love that the start of the book tells you the basics of how to use your air fryer. So if you're new to the air fryer world you can easily learn the basics. Lastly, let's not forget how delicious the food looks! I can't wait to try some of them out. My air fryer is calling my name!

I love my air fryer and I use it frequently. But I only used it for a few foods. That's why this book was interesting to me. It contains basic information for the beginner, but it also provides recipes for many types of dishes and suggested full menus. With each recipe, there is a short, chatty introduction.

If you'd like to start your day with breakfast made in the Air Fryer, there are several recipes for you to try. Appetizers, here too. All types of recipes from breads, meats and fish, veggies, desserts. Even recipes if you want to start with frozen products. Wonderfully photographed and recipes are provided in metric and American/English units and temperatures.

Some of the recipes that caught my eye were Garlic Potatoes with Bacon, Sticky Chicken Wings, Yorkshire Pudding, Honey Glazed Carrots, Dinner Rolls! And of course, French Fries, both from frozen and fresh potatoes. I'm sure everyone will find a recipe that intrigues them.

Good for every household that enjoys good, every day meals.

I just jumped on the air fryer train and was excited to get this cookbook. There are some really good recipes in here and also some things I would have never thought that could be cooked in an air fryer. The cookbook also goes over basics on using the air fryer. I like that each chapter starts out explaining the way to cook plain protein (chicken, meat, tofu, fish) so that way if you want to incorporate it into other dishes you’ll know how. Most of the recipes are accompanied with a photo which is a huge plus.

Thanks to Netgalley and Quarto Publishing Group – White Lion, White Lion Publishing for a digital ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Who knew you could boil an egg in a air fryer let alone make bread and cake, honestly my long forgotten present sat at the back of the cupboard is coming back out and I am going to try out some of these ideas and become the domestic goddess I know I should be. I love this book and will be using it regularly.

Since getting an air fryer, I have looked through so many cookbooks to get ideas, and this one still surprised me with new recipes and new ideas for how to take advantage of this tool! I really enjoyed seeing some new inventive recipes, some tips I hadn't seen before, and some new ways to think about ingredients and how to use them (or not!) in an air fryer. Also the photos are absolutely beautiful!

At last! An air-fryer book for Britons!
The other books I've looked at are very much geared to the ingredients and tastes of the US market — as well as its mysterious ways of measuring. The authors Sam and Dom Milner have created a cheerful, relaxed and very practical book for beginners (like me) and more experienced users of the air fryer. Recommended.

I really loved this book, not only the actual recipes, but all those tips on using/choosing an air fryer. I didn't know there were that many types of air fryer on the market.

As for the recipes, they look so yummy that I want to try most of them, I could cook a complete meal using this book.
