Karol Kleinz returns to her deceased grandma's home town to sell the house she inherited, only to run into a complication: her first love Carol 'CJ' Joy....
Also, her house has been made part of the huge Christmas event, which Karol has mixed feelings about. So she and CJ are dealing with holiday chaos, while the question of selling the home remains a issue.
Ann Roberts is a good, reliable writer and this is one of her better ones. Good variety of characters, fun situation and a nice romance. Not heavy on the sex, but I generally prefer that anyway.
