Trained in classical French technique, she spent years in a number of culturally diverse kitchens in and around New York City, ranging from triple Michelin-starred restaurants to tiny, ethnic spots, and has travelled to more than thirty-five countries in the past ten years, learning from international home cooks and chefs alike.
