This book is exactly what I have been looking for recently. The recipes sound manageable, easily andaptsble, and delicious without being overwhelming or too fussy. I selfishly wish it had more pre-made meal plans but I agree with the authors that it will be easy to execute on my own. The marinated pineapple is inspired! I plan to buy this when it comes to print and I look forward to cooking from it more!
I’m on a GLP-1, so getting to review this book was perfect for me. I really like how this cookbook is centered on making sure you’re getting all your nutrients in considering you’re eating less. It’s protein and fiber focused. I also felt that everything aligned with what my dietitian is telling me to do. The recipes are all easy to make and are all things that I like - sometimes this isn’t the case in unique cookbooks like this.
Overall, I loved this cookbook and will be using it as much as possible!
