If you’re a cardinal fan you know David’s character and quality. But the is a greater depth in this biography. The way he left the Angels is heartbreaking. Family man is a golden thread through this story. What a wonderful read.

I really enjoyed Just Enough. Even if you're not a huge baseball fan, there's so much to take away from David Eckstein's story. His honesty and humility shine through on every page, and it's easy to see why so many people admire him.
As a fan, this book was especially meaningful because I got to watch my team win the World Series with David Eckstein playing such an important role. Reliving that incredible season through his perspective made the story even more special. It brought back great memories while giving me a deeper appreciation for everything he overcame to get there.
What stayed with me most was the reminder that determination, hard work, and character can take you further than anyone expects. David's journey is proof that you don't have to fit the mold or be the biggest or most naturally gifted person to make a lasting impact.
I finished this book feeling encouraged and motivated. It reminded me that setbacks don't have to define you and that persistence and believing in yourself can make all the difference. This is the kind of book that leaves you feeling hopeful and ready to tackle your own challenges.
I highly recommend Just Enough to anyone looking for an uplifting, inspiring read. It's a story that will stay with you long after you finish the last page.
