Success is contingent
on information and motivation. Once you have the knowledge and have the
incentive to do what you want, success is in your hands. This is a book that
tells you how to get there. It tells you how to analyze your life from a unique
perspective: that of emotions as the ingredients that you feed yourself. If you
feed yourself negative emotions, you will end up malnourished, or worse,
psychologically starved. Our book, Psychological Nutrition gives templates
for analyzing your emotional reactions, relationships, and events. We call
these psychological nutritional labels. We show how to move away from
“emotional anorexia,” “binge emotions,” people-pleasing false selves, and move
toward living a life where you are feeling energized and fulfilled.
