I don't follow the keto diet, so I can't speak to whether or not these recipes conform to it. That said, most of them sound like they will be very tasty, and they definitely would be low carb. Also, the recipes seem to be simple and easy to follow given that most require 5 ingredients or fewer, call mainly for things that I normally have on hand, and don't require a lot of preparation or cooking time. Overall, this cookbook seems like it will be a good one to reference when I need a last-minute idea for a quick weeknight dinner.

Something about a casserole is wholesome and inclusive.

I'm really excited for this cookbook because it has such simple and easy to follow recipes most having only 4 or 5 ingredients and they are usually things you already have about the house! The photo's are mouthwatering! I love having a photo for each recipe unlike alot of other cookbooks that only give you a handful of some of the recipes. My only complaint is wishing they had given the amount of calories per serving as well as the carbs.

The 55 recipes in this book are very simple to make with readily available ingredients. With the price of beef these days, I am particularly appreciative of the large number of chicken recipes. However, the recipes require some math because the macros and ingredients are listed for one meal serving and I assume that one would just multiply by the number of servings. The good thing is that the ingredients are listed in oz and in grams, which I prefer to volume, since volumes are less reliable, especially when you're calculating macros. With a food scale, any of these recipes would be easy to do. I would be unlikely to prepare any of these in single servings though. One should keep in mind that when they do something like drumsticks or chicken breasts, the mass of each is not going to be exact, so to some extent, you'll have to fudge the measurements. But these recipes will give me a very good scaffolding to prepare meals for my family. One other thing I like about this set of recipes is that they seem to be friendly to keto and non-keto folks alike. While I like to follow the keto philosophy, my kids are carb fiends. But they looked through these recipes and thought at least 10 of them sounded really tasty, so that's pretty huge. Several of these could also be prepared with a side of pasta or rice for those who want the carbs. I'll probably go through this book with my kids and try recipes one at a time and figure out what works for us and what doesn't. A book with very easy recipes! I'm always looking for something new to try in the kitchen so the book is really handy. I would rate the recipes easy level and I think even the most unexperienced person in the kitchen can figure out how to cook it! I've already tried a couple and everything was absolutely easy and delicious

I had never thought to try a Keto diet but perusing the Amazing Keto Casseroles, I found that there are a lot of recipes in this book that I would absolutely try. I like that it is a cookbook for one as there are recipes in the book that I would like but hubby would not. The recipes are easy to read and have a minimal amount of ingredients.
Each recipe has important nutrition information and lovely pictures to give you an idea of what the casserole should look like! These recipes are low carb which is great so of course, there is no dessert section so that throws me off a bit because I do have a sweet tooth but I could see myself using this cookbook temporarily to help lose some weight.
I think that this is a book I could sink my teeth into, tasty and easy recipes to eat healthy!
I recommend it!

Do you want recipes for keto casseroles that use fresh ingredients and only take minutes to prepare and cook?
This is the book for you - buy a block or package of cheese, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, sour cream, butter, and chicken breasts, drumsticks, ground turkey, pork and hamburger, and you can make and freeze enough food for a month.
The Chicken With Brussels Sprouts and Bacon recipe looks delicious and sounds like a winning sweet and sour combination!

A delightful cook book,. The recipes are clearly explained, the ingredients are easily found. Every dish is illustrated. We have tried several,of the recipes and all were delicious

This book has a lot of quick and easy to follow recipes, which is wonderful! My only disappointment is they have tomatoes in almost all of the recipes and I am allergic to nightshades. Otherwise is a great book!

Lots of ideas on casseroles that you can eat any time of the day! I like the simple format of the book, and the simple ingredients that you can easily get and the easy instructions with no fancy equipment. My kind of cookbook for sure!

I can't comment on the macros...I'm on a .low carb diet for therapeutic reasons and the ingredients listed are safe for me. Carb count seems pretty good for each dish - something that I really appreciate in a low carb cookbook (you'll be surprised how high carb some of the s0-called low carb keto cookbooks are! I can't wait to get to the kitchen and try out as many dishes as I can. Many of them can be one-dish meals. Time-saving and less washing to do!

You'll have to figure out how much salt, pepper and other spices to put as no specific amounts are given. That shouldn't be difficult but if you are a beginner, start by putting less and adding as needed. As most chefs say you can add the salt but you cant take it out!

Many of the dishes include cheese (a piece of info for those of you who prefer to be dairy-free.)

I've been doing low carb high protein diet for a while (i just can't sourse most of my calories from fat, my cholesterol doesn't like it). Got this book figuring i'll change a recipe here and there to fit my needs. No need though, they're perfect! They're high in protein, low in carbs and moderate in fat. I'd say it's probably not true keto but it's exactly what i've been looking for. Simple ingredients, nothing fancy, everything looks amazing. The recipes are for one which is perfect for me but you can always double or triple the recipe of you want a larger portion. Nutritional value is all clearly laid out. Overall an awesome book.

I love this book and now have some awesome recipes to try. It tells you the health details for each recipe. Delicious looking pictures, as well as everyday ingredients. Simple, straightforward directions, which are my favorite kind.

I am not following the Keto diet, but much of my extended family are. I picked up this book just hoping to find a few easy, healthy dinners for myself when my husband's shift means I am eating alone, and I was also hoping to maybe come up with some ideas for things I could contribute at family potluck style dinners.

While I didn't find too much for the family potlucks - there are one or two recipes I might try re-sizing for more people, I did find this to be a good cookbook.

Some of what I really liked about this book is:
*Nutritional info and pictures for all recipes
*Recipes in this book are sized to easily be prepared for one person. That is a great way to format a book for a specific diet. Often it is only 1 person in the house choosing to follow a particular regimen, and even if not, it is usually easy to double a recipe.
*The recipes in this book were mostly quick and easy to make which is especially nice when wondering what to have for dinner after work!
*Most of the recipes required only a handful of ingredients.
*Ingredients used in these recipes were the types of things that most people would either have on hand and/or are easy to find at your local grocery store - even a small one. No outrageous ingredients requiring a trip to some specialty store.

I had mixed feelings about the spices called for in this book, as it usually stated "salt, pepper, and spices to taste". While this might be fine for more seasoned cooks (pardon the pun) for some people knowing the right spices to match with certain foods is a skill they may not have developed.

I made the recipe for Spinach Chicken Breast Casserole and found it a satisfying weekday meal. Good fresh flavors without processed ingredients to mask the taste of the food.

The Cauliflower Salami casserole may not sound like much, but it definitely makes a tasty casserole that can be served as a Keto main dish, while also being able to do double duty as a side dish for someone not following the diet.

Amazing Keto Casseroles is a good basic cookbook especially suited for those just starting out on the keto diet. It gives good groundwork recipes that taste good and can easily be expanded upon when the cook's confidence builds.

I have been following the keto diet for 4 months now. I reserved judgement until I tried a few. They are delicious! People just think "diet" and get scared. Keto is a simple, easy diet especially with easy to make recipes like these.

Amazing Keto Casseroles is great book if you are just starting out on Keto, need help with easy recipes, or don't enjoy cooking, but are following the Keto diet. The recipes in this cookbook are easy to follow, have usually 5 ingredients or fewer, with limited steps to follow. I really appreciate that each recipe has a photo and the nutrient information. Simple, easy, Keto.

Love these recipes! I try to stick to keto for dinners in my household but it started feeling dull since I kept making the same recipes. This has brightened up meals and my family is thankful!
I wasn't used to measuring in ounces, but it was easy to convert measurements.
I highly recommend this recipe book!!

I am not usually a person that go for fad diets but this book is above and beyond. Tried some of the dishes which don't contain a lot of ingredients and are easy to prepare even my daughter who isn't the best cook have prepared some and had no problem. The best part they are easy to make and they don't call for expensive ingredients.

This is a very satisfying cookbook for people following a keto diet plan. The recipes are easy and well rounded. I typically have a hard time finding keto recipes that the whole family enjoys but this cookbook has multiple casseroles that please everyone. If you're on a keto diet plan or trying to decide if it's the right plan for you I recommend this cookbook. The casseroles are delicious. I've tried almost half of the recipes in this book and I have loved a lot of them!! This will definitely be a book I turn to, especially during these winter months when casseroles can be so comforting :)

You will find dishes for desserts, lunches, breakfasts, dinners and snacks. Enjoy such things as waffles, cupcakes, dumplings, pizza and jambalayas with the recipes being all vegan. The 100 recipes in this cookbook include such things as Quick meals, Easy recipes and Party hits. The photos are fantastic and lend to the recipes wonderfully giving you an idea of what you are going to get. I look forward to trying the ice cream sandwich.
There are actually many appealing recipes in this cookbook, but there are more elements of this cookbook to enjoy. It includes tip boxes too. You’ll get ingredient-free signs such as sugar free or gluten free, which are helpful. The overall layout is well done as well making it easy to work through the cookbook and the recipes are well written. The recipes are a nice variety for typically up to four people and don’t take too long to fix. Some are for larger groups, such as parties and some take longer to fix, but overall the recipes are perfect for everyday meals. There are a few different recipes in this cookbook too so along with the favorite recipes you’ll have some interesting recipes to consider trying too or not it’s up to you!

The one thing I enjoy about cooking is throwing it all in a dish and popping it into the oven to cook in a matter of 20 min prep time. However, on the keto diet, you find things you absolutely love and tend to stick with the same ol same ol recipes. This book has a lot of variety and new recipe ideas to try. None of these casseroles takes too much time to prep and my whole family has loved every one I have tried so far. I will be making incorporating these casseroles into my weekly meal plan.

These recipes are great!!! Very flavorful, and they made me try some things I don't normally consider. (Hello eggplant!) I like the chicken enchilada recipe the best, but I tried many and they were all a big hit!

I have been on the keto diet for a couple of months now. This book has quick and easy recipes with limited ingredients. I like that it has the nutritional information for each recipe and most of the recipes call for ingredients that I have on hand.
