We use our toaster over religiously, so this is perfect. It is also great for a tiny home or a college student who might not have access to a full kitchen. I definitely recommend!
I still think of toaster ovens as vehicles for providing cheese toast and mini pizzas, so I was not not sure what the expect from this book. However, we purchased a combination air fryer and toaster oven recently and want to make full use of it. I was surprised by the variety of recipes! They did not seem too simple or lackluster. I certainly wasn't expecting recipes with fresh sage, chicken wellington, or fish with olive and capers. This is no dorm room cookbook!
There are a large number of recipes that I will share with my 9 and 12-year-olds who make their own lunch every day, and while fully capable of using the stove and oven sometimes want to make a meal quickly in between school meetings. I also enjoyed the number of dinner and side dishes. It will be really useful especially in hot weather when I don't want to turn on the full oven. The individual pot pies look very similar to the recipe I already use, but on a smaller scale and leaves the oven open. Overall I would definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to trying more of the recipes in it! Thanks to the publisher for the ARC.
